Enterprise green innovation drives sustainable development and contributes to the realization of a ‘beautiful China’. It enhances resource utilization, reduces energy consumption, and achieves economic-environmental objectives through technological advancements. This paper examines the impact of the gender composition of a company’s CEO and CFO on green innovation by empirical research method using the data of the firms listed on Chinese capital market from 2015 to 2022. Our findings indicate that: (1) Male CEOs and CFOs are more likely to promote green innovation compared to their female counterparts; (2) Leadership teams comprising opposite-sex pairs tend to weaken the promotion of green innovation. These conclusions are consistent across state-owned enterprises and within the manufacturing sector. This study provides a novel perspective on enterprise green innovation, offering insights for companies regarding their green innovation strategies and for policymakers in shaping relevant policies.

Incest is one of the most serious forms of sexual abuse that occurs between a father and his daughter. It involves a parent committing something forbidden to their own child, which violates moral standards. This incestuous relationship has a significant impact on the survivors’ psychology, body, and emotions, affecting all aspects of their lives. This study explores the long-term effects experienced by individuals in Malaysia who have survived father-daughter incest (FDI). This study conducted in-depth interviews with 11 key persons from several agencies involved in handling FDI cases in Malaysia. The findings reveal that those who experienced FDI frequently suffered long-term issues. It is important for everyone involved in assisting these individuals. This is aligned with the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3, which emphasises the value of good health and well-being for all. It also aligns with Malaysia’s MADANI concept, which emphasises protecting and promoting everyone’s human rights. FDI survivors can receive the protection and assistance they require to live healthier and more successful lives by implementing an effective strategy that includes mental health support, powerful laws, and community education.

Culture is a cohesive system of values, meanings, and behaviors. This study follows Hofstede’s framework of cultural dimensions, which is widely studied in different contexts. Although culture is a subject of extensive research, few recent studies evaluate culture between countries. This study analyzed the cultural dimensions identified in two Latin American countries: Colombia and Chile. In addition, it evaluated differences in both countries by sex. The study was conducted with 382 workers from Chile and 617 from Colombia. Significant differences were found between Colombia and Chile in power distance, paternalism, and masculinity-femininity. This exploratory study may contribute to discussing the role of culture and sex in organizations operating in different countries.

The intersex person’s social isolation condition is the leading concern in inclusive educational practices. It provides for the relevance of intersex communities with the influence of social isolation on their education and well-being. Given the underlying problem, this paper stresses the isolation-free condition of the intersex community by facilitating inclusive education. The Atkinson and Shiffrin Model and Behaviorism-Based Intersex Theory supports inclusive education by extending the desire to significantly manage stereotypes, quality teaching, parental beliefs, expressions, physique, and intersex attribution. The qualitative research method analyses the reducing role of social isolation for inclusive education. The semi-structured interview research instrument is used for the data collection from the Ministry of Human Rights, Educational Institutions, and inter-sex Representatives. The results show that managing directors and heads of educational institutions frame policy management for the free social isolation of intersex persons, which is relevant through inclusive education. This paper aims to provide a better social condition for intersex persons and promote inclusive education through effective policy management.

Yu Dafu's The Sinking of the Nation tells the story of a young man whose sexual desire is unsatisfied, and the process of sinking until his death, which aptly expresses the uncertainty and helplessness of the youth of the May Fourth Movement, and highlights the individual's subjective consciousness. The article analyzes and explains from the background of the creation era, the creator and the text to show that the unsatisfied sexual desire is the key to lead the protagonist "he" to sink step by step, and then explains that the expression of the individual consciousness in "Sinking" is higher than the will of the state, and tries to restore the author's original intention to make a pluralistic supplement to the interpretation of "Sinking".
