The development of artificial intelligence (AI) and 5G network technology has changed the production and lifestyle of people. AI also has promoted the transformation of talent training mode under the integration of college industry and education. In the context of the current transformation of education, AI and 5G networks are increasingly used in the education industry. This paper optimizes and upgrades the training mode of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges by using its advanced methods and technologies of information display. This means is helpful to analyze and solve a series of objective problems such as the single training form of the current talent training mode. This paper utilizes the principles and laws of industry university research (IUR) collaboration for reference to construct and optimize the talent training mode based on the analysis of the requirements of talent training and the role of each subject in talent training. Then, the ecological talent training environment can be realized. In the analysis of talent training mode under the cooperation of production and education, the correlation coefficients of network construction, environment construction, scientific research funds, scientific research level, and policy support were 0.618, 0.576, 0.493, 0.785, and 0.451, respectively. This showed that the scientific research level had the greatest impact on talent training in the talent training mode of IUR collaboration, while policy support had less impact on talent training compared with other factors. The combination of AI and 5G network technology with the talent training mode of IUR cooperation can effectively analyze the influencing factors and problems of the talent training mode. The hybrid method is of great significance to the talent training strategy and fitting degree.
This study aims to take Chinese higher vocational colleges professional group leaders as the research subjects to analyze the components of their key competencies, develop the competency model of professional group leaders (PGL), and analyze the main factors influencing the model. It provides a powerful help for improving the scientific level of the construction and management of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges and filling the gap in the research on the quality and ability of Chinese professional group leaders. A mixed research method is deployed in this study. Data are collected with the help of a self-administrated questionnaire and a semi-structured interview based on grounded theory. Data analysis involves structural equation modeling using AMOS, complemented by qualitative coding in NVivo. It concludes that the competency development model of professional group leaders comprises two main dimensions: explicit competencies and implicit competencies. Explicit competencies include cross-border adaptability (CBA), resource integration ability (RIA), innovation and development practice ability (IDPA), management leadership ability (MLA), and interdisciplinary scientific research ability (ISRA). Implicit competencies include personality attitude (PA), and intrinsic motivation (IM). The study fills a significant gap in the literature by providing a detailed model of competency for professional group leaders in the context of higher vocational education, offering a practical framework for improving the training and management of teaching staff and promoting the development of professional groups effective in vocational colleges.
The epidemic has had a great impact on people and improved students' awareness of paying attention to their own health. Through the investigation of higher vocational students, the author and the research team collected 4741 questionnaires for research and analysis, and analyzed the data in four aspects: the impact of the epidemic on sports concept and psychology, the impact of intelligent equipment on physical exercise, the purpose of sports activities and the selection of online teaching content, and the impact of gender differences. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of online teaching of physical education courses in higher vocational colleges.
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among higher vocational college (HVC) students’ social support (SS), learning burnout (LB), and learning motivation (LM), and to further explore the influence regulation mechanism. By analyzing the questionnaire survey data of 500 HVC students, this study found some important conclusions. First, a positive correlation is found between SS and LM, whereas LB exhibits a negative correlation with LM. Second, regression analysis results indicate significant influences of SS and LB on LM, with the latter serving as a partial intermediary between SS and LM. Lastly, analysis of group disparities reveals noteworthy distinctions in SS, LB, and LM across students of varying grades. These discoveries underscore the pivotal roles of SS and LB in molding the LM of HVC students, offering valuable insights for educational practices and policy recommendations. This study benefits the understanding of the key factors in the learning process of HVC students and provides a new direction for further research.
