Lack of knowledge, attitude, and behavior in managing leftover foods in households impacts the natural ecosystem and food chain, particularly in developing countries. This research aims to analyze appropriate methods for reducing and processing food waste produced in household areas. This research method uses qualitative research with operational research methods carried out for 6 months on 25 housewives in Pondok Labu Village in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The research was carried out in 3 stages, the first stage before the intervention, the second stage providing the intervention, and the third stage after the intervention. Results showed that before the intervention, on average each respondent produced 351 g of food waste each day. This amount decreased to 8.43 g/day after respondents participated in socialization to reduce food waste and training to manage food waste. The concluded that a combination of education and training improves knowledge, attitude, and behavior in household food waste management and helps moderate food waste generation.
This empirical paper investigates the impact of green brand knowledge, green trust, and social responsibility on consumer purchase intentions within the developing nation of Pakistan. By highlighting the importance of these factors in influencing consumer behavior towards environmentally friendly products, the study aims to address the pressing need to mitigate environmental pollutants. Employing a quantitative research methodology, the study utilizes a questionnaire survey adapted from previous research to gather data. Regression analysis reveals significant and positive relationships between green brand knowledge, green trust, social responsibility, and consumer purchase intentions. Notably, green brand knowledge emerges as the most influential factor in shaping purchase intentions. This study contributes to the existing literature by providing insights into the dynamics of consumer behavior in a developing country context and offers practical implications for managers and decision-makers seeking to align organizational goals with consumer preferences for green brands. The findings underscore the importance of integrating environmental considerations into marketing strategies to meet consumer demand for sustainable products and foster environmental stewardship.
Purpose: This study empirically investigates the effect of big data analytics (BDA) on project success (PS). Additionally, in this study, the investigation includes an examination of how intellectual capital (IC) and (KS) act as mediators in the correlation between BDA and KS. Lastly, a connection between entrepreneurial leadership (EL) and BDA is also explored. Design/Methodology- Using a sample of 422 senior-level employees from the IT sector in Peru. The partial least squares structural equation modeling technique tested the hypothesized relationships. Findings- According to the findings, the relationship between BDA and PS is mediated by structural capital (SC) and relational capital (RC), and BDA demonstrates a positive and noteworthy correlation with PS. Furthermore, EL is positively associated with BDA in a significant manner. Practical implications- The finding of this study reinforce the corporate experience of BDA and suggest how senior levels of the IT sector can promote SC, RC, and EL. Originality/Value- This study is one of the first to consider big data analytics as an important antecedent of project success. With little or no research on the interrelationship of big data analytics, intellectual capital and knowledge sharing the study contributes by investigating the mediating role of intellectual capital and knowledge sharing on the relationship between big data analytics and project success.
In the current digital age, financial development has seen substantial shifts, particularly in buying and selling activities that are now facilitated by digital technology or electronic transactions (e-commerce), which offer convenience at relatively low costs. However, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which play a crucial role in the economy, must adapt to these advancements to sustain and grow their businesses. Despite the widespread adoption of e-commerce, many MSMEs have yet to fully capitalize on this technology. Limited knowledge often leads to hesitation in embracing e-commerce opportunities. Consequently, this study seeks to explore how innovation, information management, and e-commerce adoption impact MSME performance and its implications for business sustainability. The research targets MSME owners and managers in the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi) and nearby regions, with a sample of 420 individuals selected through random sampling. Data was collected through an online survey (Google Forms) administered to MSME management. The survey items were tested for validity and reliability, and the data analysis was conducted using various regression analyses with SEM-PLS and Smart-PLS3. The study’s findings highlight the following key points: 1) E-commerce adoption significantly enhances information management, which supports MSME sustainability; 2) E-commerce adoption also improves performance through better information management, further promoting MSME sustainability; 3) While technology is important, e-commerce adoption is the primary factor driving MSME sustainability, with technology serving as a secondary factor.

Insights gathered from various sources can act as a catalyst for generating fresh concepts and pushing boundaries. Moreover, the effectiveness of innovation within an organization can be influenced by factors like employee retention and strategies in human resource management, which can either enhance or hinder the correlation between knowledge accumulation and innovation outcomes. The employee innovation performance involves a series of tasks carried out by individuals who not only possess knowledge and skills but also demonstrate consistency, active involvement in decision-making, intrinsic motivation, and a flair for innovation. Objective: This study endeavors to provide valuable insights into how non-standard service relationships, psychological contracts, and knowledge sharing practices can collectively impact and drive innovation in the green manufacturing sector. Arrangement: In the investigation of employee innovation performance within the development of the green manufacturing industry, the focus will be on exploring non-standard service relationships, psychological contracts, and knowledge sharing. These three specific facets play a pivotal role in shaping the innovation landscape in organizations operating within the realm of sustainable manufacturing. The arrangement of this study will begin by examining the impact of non-standard service relationships on employee innovation performance. By dissecting unconventional service models and their correlation with innovation behaviors, we aim to uncover novel insights that can fuel sustainable innovation practices in the green manufacturing sector. Method: The study adopts a quantitative methodology to collect data, concentrating on a group of employees across eight distinct outsourcing firms. This selection results in a comprehensive sample of 299 participants. For the analysis and manipulation of the data, the research utilizes Sructural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. This choice facilitates a meticulous and structured analysis of the data gathered, ensuring precision in the research findings. Results: The research findings reveal a significant and positive influence of psychological contracts on the propensity for knowledge sharing among employees. This suggests that organizations that emphasize establishing strong psychological contracts are likely to nurture a work environment conducive to the free exchange of knowledge and ideas, thus promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Additionally, the data points to a noteworthy positive correlation between the act of knowledge sharing and the ability of an organization to offer unique, non-standard services. This underscores the role of knowledge sharing as a catalyst for innovation, indicating that organizations encouraging such exchanges are in a better position to innovate and provide services that adapt to the changing demands of customers and stakeholders. Conclusion: The research underscores the critical but nuanced role of knowledge sharing in driving employee innovation, especially when contrasted with its pronounced impact on developing non-standard services. It highlights the necessity for organizations to create environments conducive to the free exchange of ideas, fostering innovation. The findings also reveal the significant influence of innovative service offerings and strong psychological contracts on boosting employee creativity and service quality, respectively.
