The major goal of decisions made by a business organization is to enhance business performance. These days, owners, managers and other stakeholders are seeking for opportunities of modelling and automating decisions by analysing the most recent data with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). This study outlines a simple theoretical model framework using internal and external information on current and potential clients and performing calculations followed by immediate updating of contracting probabilities after each sales attempt. This can help increase sales efficiency, revenues, and profits in an easily programmable way and serve as a basis for focusing on the most promising deals customising personal offers of best-selling products for each potential client. The search for new customers is supported by the continuous and systematic collection and analysis of external and internal statistical data, organising them into a unified database, and using a decision support model based on it. As an illustration, the paper presents a fictitious model setup and simulations for an insurance company considering different regions, age groups and genders of clients when analysing probabilities of contracting, average sales and profits per contract. The elements of the model, however, can be generalised or adjusted to any sector. Results show that dynamic targeting strategies based on model calculations and most current information outperform static or non-targeted actions. The process from data to decision-making to improve business performance and the decision itself can be easily algorithmised. The feedback of the results into the model carries the potential for automated self-learning and self-correction. The proposed framework can serve as a basis for a self-sustaining artificial business intelligence system.
With the deepening of the teaching reform work, the core literacy education concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. While bringing innovative development opportunities and indicating the development direction for the junior high school geography curriculum reform, it also puts forward higher requirements for junior high school geography curriculum teaching activities. Under this situation, junior high school geography teachers should effectively cultivate students' comprehensive thinking ability in the teaching of geography courses, help junior high school students develop their thinking ability, and become qualified socialist builders and socialist successors as soon as possible. Based on this, this paper deeply analyzes the practical strategies for cultivating students' comprehensive thinking ability in the teaching of junior high school geography courses, for the reference of colleagues in the education field.
The golden visa is a regulation designed to facilitate foreign nationals through a residence permit scheme with an emphasis on investment and citizenship. This research aims to look at the development of the golden visa as an innovation policy, and find out how its implications for the flow of foreign investment into Indonesia. This research uses online research methods (ORM) to discover new facts, information and conditions through technology and internet searches. The aspects used to conduct analysis in this descriptive qualitative research are using innovation policy instruments which include regulatory, economic, financial, and soft instruments. The research findings show that the golden visa as an innovation policy has great potential to support national development through investment in priority sectors. However, its implementation needs to be done carefully with strict supervision and inclusive regulations so as to mitigate risks such as money laundering and property price inflation. That way, golden visas can encourage sustainable and inclusive economic growth through the smooth flow of incoming foreign investment.
Primary school students are in a period of rapid development of thinking. Primary school mathematics is particularly important for the cultivation of students' abstract thinking ability. The section of number and algebra is the most basic and important content in mathematics. This paper takes number and algebra as an example to analyze the abstract thinking ability of primary school mathematics and its training strategies, so as to provide some practical guidance for teaching.
Over the last two decades, governance for global health has garnered more attention from policymakers, decision-makers, and scholars from several disciplines. The health sector has also become more dynamic and complicated as a result of several factors that have influenced organizational development. The issue of sustainability is clearly raised with specific emphasis and urgency in the context of the global healthcare system. Some countries have been altering their healthcare systems to improve healthcare performance. University hospitals as the main providers of high-quality healthcare services in China, have an irreplaceable role in promoting the construction of healthy China. This study strategic triangle as an analytical framework to identify the key factors that influence university hospital in China and better comprehend how public value is conceptualized and implemented in practice. The study was conducted by qualitative method, five university hospitals designated as “Grade A tertiary hospitals” and semi-structed interviews were carried out with 33 participants, including experts, university hospital leadership level, and basic level. The study revealed that there are eight (8) major factors influencing the development of university hospitals in China. University hospital administrators must be prepared to assess and respond to factors that enhance or hinder implementation continuously and methodically. These insights can be used to improve early preparedness, but additional study in this area is required to better understand the driving factors, action models, and techniques for achieving sustainable development in university hospitals.
With the rapid development of the Internet, it has penetrated into various fields, including music performance teaching. This paper aims to explore the application strategies of the "Internet Plus" teaching mode in the music performance major. Firstly, the problems of traditional music performance teaching and the advantages of Internet technology are analyzed. Then, the basic principles and application strategies of the "Internet Plus" teaching mode are proposed, including the construction of online teaching resources, interaction between teachers and students, and innovation of teaching evaluation. Finally, through case analysis, the application effect of the "Internet Plus" teaching mode in the music performance major is verified. The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the teaching reform and innovation of the music performance major.
