The presence of a crisis has consistently been an inherent aspect of the Supply Chain, mostly as a result of the substantial number of stakeholders involved and the intricate dynamics of their relationships. The objective of this study is to assess the potential of Big Data as a tool for planning risk management in Supply Chain crises. Specifically, it focuses on using computational analysis and modeling to quantitatively analyze financial risks. The “Web of Science—Elsevier” database was employed to fulfill the aims of this work by identifying relevant papers for the investigation. The data were inputted into VOS viewer, a software application used to construct and visualize bibliometric networks for subsequent research. Data processing indicates a significant rise in the quantity of publications and citations related to the topic over the past five years. Moreover, the study encompasses a wide variety of crisis types, with the COVID-19 pandemic being the most significant. Nevertheless, the cooperation among institutions is evidently limited. This has limited the theoretical progress of the field and may have contributed to the ambiguity in understanding the research issue.
This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of community involvement in waste management through participatory research. Its objective is to bridge the theoretical underpinnings of participatory research with its practical implementation, particularly within the realm of waste management. The review systematically analyzes global instances where community engagement has been incorporated into waste management initiatives. Its principal aim is to evaluate the efficacy of participatory strategies by scrutinizing methodologies and assessing outcomes. To achieve this, the study identified 74 studies that met rigorous criteria through meticulous search efforts, encompassing various geographical locations, cultural contexts, and waste management challenges. In examining the outcomes of participatory research in waste management, the study explores successful practices, shortcomings, and potential opportunities. Moving beyond theoretical discourse, it provides a detailed analysis of real-world applications across various settings. The evaluation not only highlights successful engagement strategies and indicators but also critically assesses challenges and opportunities. By conducting a comprehensive review of existing research, this study establishes a foundation for future studies, policy development, and the implementation of sustainable waste management practices through community engagement. The overarching goal is to derive meaningful insights that contribute to a more inclusive, effective, and globally sustainable approach to waste management. This study seeks to inform policymaking and guide future research initiatives, emphasizing the importance of community involvement in addressing the complexities of waste management on a global scale.
Nanotransformations of a blanket at the fair dimensional combined processing with imposing of electric field the tool in the form of untied metal granules are considered. An object of researches are the figurine details applied in aviation, the missile and space equipment and in the oil and gas industry: driving wheels and a flowing part of cases of turbo-pump units, screws, krylchatka where there are sites of variable curvature with limited access of the tool in a processing zone.It is shown that the combination in the combined process of two-component technological environments of current carrying granules and the electroconductive liquid environment given with a high speed to a processing zone allows to receive the required quality of a blanket; action of electric field from a source with the increased tension allows to create at fair dimensional processingthe required peening from blows of firm granules. It gives the chance to raise a resource and durability of responsible knots of the aerospace equipment and oil and gas equipment, to expand the field of use of the combined processing with untied granules on a detailwith the sitesnot available to processing by a profile electrode.
This article explores the implications of directive change management, characterized by top-down leadership and minimal employee involvement, on organizational dynamics, employee morale, and job security. This approach’s psychological and operational impacts are underscored, emphasizing the imperative of addressing employee perceptions and fostering trust. Strategies for rebuilding trust and enhancing morale post-directive change management are presented, including transparent communication, participative decision-making, and recognition of employee contributions. The significance of enhancing job security through clear policies, open dialogue, and robust mental health and well-being support systems is highlighted. Practices that encourage job dedication are introduced, emphasizing goal alignment, meaningful work design, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Long-term strategies for cultivating a healthy workplace, such as establishing feedback mechanisms, investing in leadership development, and maintaining organizational adaptability, are also discussed. This brief article is an introductory resource for business leaders, managers, and change practitioners seeking to be better equipped with the necessary tools and strategies to navigate the post-implementation effects of directive change management. It is anticipated that this information can assist leaders and organizations in navigating the challenges of directive change management, promoting resilience, employee well-being, and sustainable organizational success.
The study focuses on the employees’ behavioral intentions towards the usage of disruptive technology in the industry. The digital technology application in consumer, retail, and hospitality, education and training, financial services, the health sector, infrastructure, government, and airports. The study objectives were to explore the possible adoption of innovation and creativity changes and their acceptance by the employees in the organization. To identify the variables impacting behavioral intention and analyze how these variables relate to perceived usefulness, attitude, perceived ease of use, facilitating conditions, and technology optimism. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 335 respondents, who were selected based on their relevance to the study objectives. The questionnaires were distributed through the Google Forms application, and the data were collected and analyzed periodically. The findings of the study provide valuable insights into the behavioral intention towards disruptive technologies in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya locations in Malaysia and highlight the significance of factors such as perceived usefulness, attitude, perceived ease of use, facilitating conditions, and technology optimism. The research contributes to the existing body of knowledge on Industry 4.0 by providing empirical evidence and practical implications for organizations seeking to leverage disruptive technologies in their operations management.
