The present study, developed under a quantitative approach, explanatory scope and causal correlational design, aims to determine the influence of invisible learning on the research competence of high school students in two private schools in the city of Lima, Peru, whose educational models seek to develop autonomous learning and research through discovery learning and experimentation. Two questionnaires were applied to 120 students of the VII cycle of basic education, one to measure the perception regarding invisible learning with 20 items and the other to measure investigative competencies with 21 items; both instruments underwent the corresponding validity and reliability tests before their application. Among the main findings, descriptive results were obtained at a medium level for both variables, the correlations found were significant and moderate, and as for influence, the coefficient of determination R2 yielded a value of 0.13, suggesting that 13% of investigative competence is predicted by invisible learning. These results show that autonomy, the use of digital technologies, metacognition and other aspects that are part of invisible learning prepare students to solve problems of varying complexity, allowing them to face the challenges of contemporary knowledge in an innovative and effective manner.
This article aims to measure and identify the factors influencing the decision to use Chatbot in e-banking services for GenZ customers in Vietnam through 292 customers. Testing methods: Cronbach’s Alpha trust factor, EFA discovery factor analysis, and regression analysis have shown that 07 factors directly affect GenZ’s decision to use Chatbot. Those factors include (1) Customer attitude; (2) Useful perception; (3) Perception of ease of use; (4) Behavioral control perception; (5) Risk perception; (6) Subjective norms and (7) Trust. On that basis, the article has set out management implications for Vietnamese commercial banks to approach and increase the decision of customers aged 18–24 years in Vietnam.
Introduction: Chatbots are increasingly utilized in education, offering real-time, personalized communication. While research has explored technical aspects of chatbots, user experience remains under-investigated. This study examines a model for evaluating user experience and satisfaction with chatbots in higher education. Methodology: A four-factor model (information quality, system quality, chatbot experience, user satisfaction) was proposed based on prior research. An alternative two-factor model emerged through exploratory factor analysis, focusing on “Chatbot Response Quality” and “User Experience and Satisfaction with the Chatbot.” Surveys were distributed to students and faculty at a university in Ecuador to collect data. Confirmatory factor analysis validated both models. Results: The two-factor model explained a significantly greater proportion of the data’s variance (55.2%) compared to the four-factor model (46.4%). Conclusion: This study suggests that a simpler model focusing on chatbot response quality and user experience is more effective for evaluating chatbots in education. Future research can explore methods to optimize these factors and improve the learning experience for students.
The menace of road traffic accidents (RTAs) has become a major constraint to development in most developing countries because of driving behaviour. This study examines the effects of road users’ education programmes on driving behaviour toward RTA reduction in Nigeria. Data for the study were collected by random sampling of 287 respondents. The respondents comprising road safety officers and drivers were selected at six (6) zonal headquarters of the Federal Road Safety Commission. The questionnaire presented seventeen (17) statements in a 5-point Likert scale for the respondents to rank in order of importance as they have influenced driving behaviour. The data collected were analysed using exploratory factor analysis to identify the most significant effects of road user education on driving behaviour. The study found that road user education programmes have influenced driving behaviour by improving bad driving acts, maintaining good vehicle conditions, and obeying road communication signs. The finding implies that appropriate driving behaviour will reduce road traffic accidents.
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the exogenous variables (administrative support, career placement & employability, academic staff support, institutional factors, and information systems) as service delivery quality dimensions with satisfaction and moderating variable (academic and social integration) between endogenous variables (satisfaction and retention) among undergraduate students from Malaysian private higher education institutions. In order to accomplish the objectives proposed with hypotheses, a model reflecting the relationship between service delivery quality dimensions and satisfaction moderated by academic and social integration towards retention is applied. This empirical study focused on probability-stratified random sampling with a final sample size of 309 students. This study achieved statistically significant positive results by emphasizing academic and social integration as a moderating variable to achieve student retention by linking Perceived Performance Theory and Tinto’s Interactionist Theory from satisfaction to retention. Evaluation of the structural model on the coefficient of determination for the model’s predictive accuracy in this study produced an R2 = 0.85 for satisfaction, suggesting nearly 85% of the variance in endogenous latent construct satisfaction is explained by all the service delivery quality dimensions linked to it. As for retention produced R2 = 0.74, suggesting nearly 74% of the variance in endogenous latent construct retention is explained by all the service delivery quality dimensions linked together with satisfaction and academic and social integration as moderator. The model has a substantial effect with 0.76 in the Goodness-of-Fit index, indicating that the model has better explaining power.
