English writing is an important output skill cultivated in college English courses. And in the age of informationization, college English writing teaching relies on the support of information technology. In order to cope with the solution of this dilemma, Production-Oriented Approach(POA) proposes Teacher-Student Collaborative Assessment (TSCA), which creates a new form of assessment. Through TSCA, teachers can not only alleviate the heavy teaching load, but also fully tap the network resources to efficiently use students' time before, during and after class to maximize and optimize the teaching effect. In this paper, the teaching concept of TSCA is used to conduct writing teaching experiments, to study and analyze the writing ability of students who write effectively, so as to provide insights for the practice of English writing teaching.
While some conflict can serve as a more sophisticated stimulus to student achievement, significant or unresolved conflict can delay or even frustrate even the best-planned curriculum. The aim of our study is to get a clear picture of the conflicts with whom and to what extent the international students studying on our campuses have conflicts that affect their performance, and how they can manage them. In our study, based on a questionnaire survey (n = 480), we revealed that the international students at our university have the most conflicts with other foreign students, and the least with Hungarians, including their teachers. On the other hand, we found that according to the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument, they solve their problems by the Compromising and Accommodating style. The results obtained by detailed socio-demographic aspects show significant differences, mainly between gender, age, and country groups. Knowledge of the revealed facts and connections can offer conscious and careful solutions to understand and reduce tensions, and this can improve the understanding and management of conflict in the classroom, in collaborative projects, and even in non-teaching environments on campuses.
Entering the era of knowledge economy, various academic researches are blossoming under the social environment of double creation, but looking at the disputes of intellectual property cases in recent years, most of them happen in the college students group, the reasons for this phenomenon can be summarized as the blurring of the intellectual property education program, the system is too traditional and conservative, and the teaching concept is thin and so on. In view of this phenomenon, the author proposes to cultivate the intellectual property education of university students in the mode of "three constructions", so as to stimulate the vigor of social innovation and provide theoretical support for the scientific and technological research of university students.
This study investigated the impact of social media on purchasing decision-making using data from a questionnaire survey of 257 randomly sampled students from the College of Business at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. The study items were selected from the study community through a random sample, where several (257) students were surveyed. To achieve its objectives, the study follows the descriptive analytical approach in addressing its topic. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting data. The questionnaire collected data on the independent variable social media—and the dimensions of the dependent variables representing the stages of purchasing decision-making: Feeling the need for the advertised goods, collecting information about alternatives, evaluating available options, buying decisions, and post-purchase evaluation of the purchase decision. Then, the data were analyzed based on regression analysis using SPSS and AMOS. The important findings are summarized below: Social media use is directly related to feeling the need for and searching for information on advertised goods. Social communication and the evaluation of alternatives to advertised goods, in addition to the existence of a moral effect and a direct correlation between social media use and making the purchasing decision for advertised goods. Providing honest, sufficient, and accurate information via social media to the buyer can help them make the purchasing decision.
This study used quantitative methods to examine the correlation between adaptive learning technology and cognitive flexibility in kids receiving special education. The study included a cohort of 120 kids, ages 8–12, who were diagnosed with particular learning difficulties, ADHD, or autism spectrum disorder. Cognitive flexibility was evaluated using the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST), while the utilization of adaptive learning technologies was quantified using self–report questionnaires. The data was analyzed using several statistical methods, such as independent samples t-tests, regression, Pearson correlation coefficients, ANOVA, and ANCOVA. The findings revealed a noteworthy and favorable correlation between the utilization of adaptive technology and the scores of cognitive flexibilities. This correlation remained significant even after accounting for demographic characteristics. Moreover, it was shown that the diagnostic status had a moderating effect on the correlation between the utilization of adaptive technology and cognitive flexibility. The results emphasize the capacity of adaptive learning technologies to improve cognitive flexibility abilities in kids with special needs, offering significant knowledge for educators, legislators, and technology developers.
