Prefabricated decoration is an efficient construction mode in the current construction field, with the main purpose of quickly improving the efficiency and quality of decoration through the effective application of modular decoration technology. Therefore, there is a high demand for efficient prefabricated technical talents in various construction units or enterprises in the construction industry. How to cultivate efficient prefabricated technical talents is a problem that relevant professional teachers in universities must pay attention to at present. This paper mainly analyzes the research and practice of the training mode of prefabricated technical talents, summarizes the connotation of prefabricated building and the importance of prefabricated building talent training, analyzes the key points and requirements of prefabricated building teaching, summarizes the problems existing in the training process of prefabricated building talents and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures, so as to lay a solid foundation for the optimization of the training mode of prefabricated talents in the next stage and the promotion of talent training level.
The article examines the appearance of various unfortunate situations and tragic events in modern Kazakh novels that arise due to human and natural ecology problems. The research’s primary goal is to analyze human and natural ecology issues based on contemporary Kazakh novels. We have chosen A. Nurpeyisov’s novel “The Last Duty” as our research material, which focuses on issues of human and natural ecology, and we will discuss the large-scale issues concerning the fate of human, nature, and society as a collective. The research topic’s practical significancelies in examining Kazakh novels that address crucial issues like safeguarding the ecological environment and preserving the green earth, which directly impact the destiny and future of humanity. It also aims to highlight their role in advancing societal development, elevating human values, and safeguarding our spiritual heritage. The research method involves mentioning the names of Kazakh novels that specifically and indirectly focus on the topic of human and natural ecology and summarizing their common features. The article also employed research methods such as analysis, comparison, and discussion. The novelty of the research result: Here are some relevant points. First, in the article, the core topic of the problem of human and natural ecology, which is common to all humanity in modern Kazakh novels, was highlighted. Second, analyzing the three characters, Zhadiger, Pakizat and Azim, which reveal the actual idea of the novel “The Last Duty,” the writer’s stylistic features and skillful aspects were also mentioned during the analysis of the character image through deep psychological analysis, landscape description, clear image, and artistic language, and theoretical conclusions and analyses were presented.
Beta macrocarpa, Guss is an interesting species showing very low germination rates. The leading objectives of this work were to investigate the dormancy mechanism and to find methods to break dormancy in order to achieve rapid, uniform and high germination. Macro and micro-morphologic analyses were performed by stereo microscopy and scanning electron microscopy showed two fruit coats. The yellow external coat or persistent perianth coat (PPC) was accrescent with 5 erect segments contiguous to the operculum of the seed capsule. This coat forms spongy layers (50 to 300 µm thick) that could be eliminated manually. The narrow internal coat or pericarp or achene coat (AC) forms woody joined seed capsules, each presenting a pressed operculum that cannot be manually opened. This coat was not adherent to seeds and was composed of compressed cells (50 to 200 µm thick) which form pockets for salt cristal. Seeds were lentiform (1 to 2 mm diameter and 0.5 to 0.8 mm thick) and highly fragile. The embryo was whitish surrounded peripherally by the perisperm with two highly developed cotyledons and radical. Polyphenol concentrations in both coats showed that after 4 months of collection, total polyphenol concentrations were 4-fold higher in the pericarp than in the persistent perianth. However, after one year, this parameter decreases significantly in the pericarp, whereas, it increases to a larger extent in the perianth. Different germination tests indicated that the pericarp provides a chemical and a physical resistance to seed germination during the first 4 months of the experiment after collection. The chemical dormancy was released to higher levels of total polyphenol compounds that inhibited seed germination and seedling growth. However, the physical dormancy was associated with the hardness of this intern coat which caused a mechanical resistance to radicle emergence. After one year of storage, total polyphenol pericarp concentration decreased notably, and chemical resistance disappeared, whereas the physical one persisted. Consequently, one year of storage pericarp removal is sufficient to break this exogenous dormancy.
Machine analysis of detection of the face is an active research topic in Human-Computer Interaction today. Most of the existing studies show that discovering the portion and scale of the face region is difficult due to significant illumination variation, noise and appearance variation in unconstrained scenarios. To overcome these problems, we present a method based on Extended Semi-Local Binary Patterns. For each frame, an aggregation of the pixel values over a neighborhood is considered and a local binary pattern is obtained. From these a binary code is obtained for each pixel and then histogram features is computed. Adaboost algorithm is used to learn and classify these discriminative features with the help of exemplar face and non-face signature of the images for detecting the location of face region in the frame. This Extended Semi Local Binary Pattern is sturdy to variations in illumination and noisy images. The developed methods are deployed on the real time YouTube video face databases and found to exhibit significant performance improvement owing to the novel features when compared to the existing techniques.
The implementation of the "the Belt and Road" requires the common development of the "five links" of policies, facilities, trade, finance and popular support, among which "people to people connectivity" is the premise of the coordinated promotion of the "five links", and cultural communication, exchange and cooperation are the foundation and guarantee of the popular support project. The "the Belt and Road" cultural communication, exchange and cooperation are diverse in content and form. We need to identify the opportunities and challenges we face, make long-term strategic plans, and take practical countermeasures and implementation paths according to the characteristics of cultural communication diversity. Some domestic scholars have conducted research on cultural communication strategies and analyzed the opportunities and challenges they face, but there is a lack of diversity analysis on the forms of communication that should be adopted. This paper explores and studies the "the Belt and Road" cultural communication strategy, implementation path and safeguard measures, constructs a new model of diversified cultural communication and exchange cooperation, and tries to play a certain role in promoting the actual effect of cultural communication and exchange cooperation and better safeguarding the "the Belt and Road" community of interests.
