This study delves into the nuanced impact of leadership styles on state-owned enterprises (SOEs) performance in Northeast China. It aims to discern how transformational, transactional, and authoritative leadership approaches influence organizational outcomes, framed within the context of sustainable leadership theory. Employing a quantitative methodology, the research analyzes survey data from employees across various SOEs to assess the relationship between leadership styles and company performance, including aspects such as job satisfaction, employee motivation, and operational efficiency. The findings reveal a clear dichotomy: transformational and transactional leadership styles positively correlate with improved performance metrics, fostering an environment of innovation, motivation, and job satisfaction. Conversely, authoritative leadership is shown to detrimentally affect these same metrics, potentially hindering organizational growth and employee morale. This research contributes to the broader discourse on leadership and organizational performance by highlighting the critical role of leadership style in enhancing the sustainable development of SOEs, particularly within China’s socio-political and economic fabric. Practical implications suggest a shift towards more adaptive, employee-centered leadership approaches to spur performance and sustainability in SOEs. The originality of this study lies in its specific focus on the Chinese context, offering insights into the leadership dynamics within SOEs and proposing actionable strategies for fostering leadership that align with sustainability and organizational excellence principles.
Agriculture is a determining factor regarding the development of the Romanian economy, noting its importance for population consumption and as a supplier of raw materials for the relaunch of other industries. Agricultural financing consists of credits granted to natural or legal persons for developing agricultural activities, expanding agricultural holdings, and commercializing agricultural production. The objective of this research is the statistical analysis of the determining factors in granting loans to Romanian farms. The study is based on the content analysis of the accounting reports of the 45 Romanian farms included in the research sample, based on which the profile of the farmer from the selected counties (Alba, Cluj, Mures, Sibiu, Dambovita and Prahova) is outlined. The obtained results highlight the fact that factors such as the requested amount (SUSO) are directly influenced by the worked area (TELU), by the turnover (CIAF), R = 0.6228, but also by the total value of the assets (TOTAL) R = 0.454. At the opposite pole, there is a weak correlation between SUSO and current liquidity (LICU), R = 0.2754, and the value of recorded expenses (CHEL), R = 0.3102. Implementing a credit policy that facilitates access to financing sources would support farms in modernization and development, increasing their competitiveness and general viability.
This research paper aims to examine the association between financial development and environmental quality in 31 European Union (EU) countries from 2001 to 2020. This study proposed an estimation model for the study by combining regression models. The regression model has a dependent variable, carbon emissions, and five independent variables, including Urbanization (URB), Total population (POP), Gross domestic product (GDP), Credit to the private sector (FDB), and Foreign direct investment (FDI). This research used regression methods such as the Fixed Effects Model, Random Effects Model, and Feasible generalized least squaresThe findings reveal that URB, POP, and GDP positively impact carbon emissions in EU countries, whereas the FDB variable exhibits a contrary effect. The remaining variable, FDI, is not statistically significant. In response to these findings, we advocate for adopting transformative green solutions that aim to enhance the quality of health, society, and the environment, offering comprehensive strategies to address Europe’s environmental challenges and pave the way for a sustainable future.

By referring to relevant literature, we will deeply study the development of school sports in the early Republic of China, the rise of the New Culture Movement, the advocates and advocates of new culture, actively promote "new sports", and strive to overthrow the dregs of military nationalism education ideas and change the impact of Japanese gymnastics on school sports. With the outbreak of the "May Fourth Movement", the New Culture Movement not only had a greater impact on education and culture, but also accelerated the domestic political game to a certain extent, which ultimately led to the transformation of school physical education and the realization of Pragmatism education. In view of this, this article will start from an overview of the characteristics of school sports in the early Republic of China, focus on the analysis of the impact of the May Fourth New Culture Movement on the transformation of school sports in the early Republic of China, and then explore the incentives for the transformation of school sports under the May Fourth New Culture Movement, hoping to play a certain reference role.
