This study offers a new perspective on measuring the impact of village funds (DD) on rural development. Using a mixed-method approach, the qualitative analysis reveals that, like previous rural development programs, the DD program struggles to implement inclusive methods for capturing community aspirations and evaluating outcomes. Despite rural infrastructure improvement, many villagers feel they have not fully benefited and do not view it as offering economic opportunities. The econometric model confirms the qualitative findings, indicating no significant DD influence on the village development index (IPD). Instead, effective governance factors like Musdes, regulations, and leadership are essential for the IPD improvement. Thus, enhancing village governments’ institutional capacity is crucial for increasing the DD effectiveness. The paper recommends several measures: training village officials in financial management and project planning, providing guidelines for the DD allocation and usage, creating robust monitoring-evaluation systems, developing communication strategies, and fostering partnerships with local NGOs and universities.

Project success requires team commitment, which is a product of an encouraging culture of cooperation and teamwork among project team members. The research work aims to ascertain which components of team commitment affect the performance of construction projects in Nigeria. The research adopted a quantitative design where questionnaires were used for data collection. Out of 1233 questionnaires distributed, 975 were received with valid responses and used for data analysis. Data were analysed descriptively using percentage, mean score, and relative agreement index. The study showed the factors of team commitment having an effect on project performance, as rated by the respondents, to be: Normative component: “Project team members owe a great deal to this organisation”; “Members of the project team do not feel it is right to quit the project before completion”; “This organisation has a great deal of personal meaning for project team members”. Affective component: “This organisation deserves the loyalty of project team members”; “The project team considers the team’s problems as their own. Then, “One of the few negative consequences of leaving this organisation will be the scarcity of available alternatives” is for continuance. In conclusion, the emotional attachment of the team members and sense of obligation to the project team and construction organisation are the driving forces behind pushing for the successful outcome of projects within the Nigerian construction industry.

Over the past few years, there has been a consistent rise in the popularity of bodybuilding. This study did a bibliometric analysis to offer a systematic overview and facilitate researchers in obtaining comprehensive insights on the peculiarities of bodybuilding research. This study utilized the bibliometric analysis program Bibliometrix to identify 940 papers on bodybuilding from the Web of Science database. The publications were selected from the years 1976 to 2024 and were used for the analysis. This study provides a thorough and detailed analysis of bodybuilding research using visual representations. It includes information on the frequency of publications, the nations that have had the most impact on bodybuilding research (including institutions, sources, and authors), and notable areas of focus within the field. Furthermore, the research collaboration among nations (regions), organizations, and authors is depicted based on a set of collaboration studies. The bibliometric study of current literature offers useful and groundbreaking sources for academics and practitioners in the field of bodybuilding-related studies.

Luxembourg institutions have the opportunity to reconcile environmental goals with financial stability by implementing Green Fintech solutions, as the banking sector increasingly recognizes the importance of sustainability. This study employs a quantitative approach and analyzes data collected from 150 participants working in the banking industry of Luxembourg. The research aims to assess the consequences of adopting Green Fintech on sustainable development. Banking institutions can boost their financial resilience and mitigate climate-related risks by adopting Green Fintech, which improves their sustainability. The paper emphasizes the importance of Green Fintech in the Luxembourg banking sector for advancing sustainable development goals. To effectively address the increasingly complex environmental concerns, it is crucial to embrace innovative Fintechs.
