Purpose: This study aimed to explore the perception types of workplace spirituality among nurses. Method: To achieve this, Q methodology was applied, selecting 34 Q samples from a total of 102 Q statements extracted. The Q samples were distributed among 40 nurses and categorized into a normal distribution. A 9-point scale was used for measurement, and the data were analyzed using the pc-QUANL program. Results: The four types identified were ‘reflective type’, ‘nursing-oriented type’, ‘relationship-oriented type’, and ‘spirituality-oriented type’. Conclusion: The four types derived in this study classify nurses’ perceptions of workplace spirituality for establishing a nurse’s workplace spirituality that provides integrated nursing care. This categorization can serve as foundational information when planning workplace spirituality programs, considering each type’s characteristics.
This research aims to analyze the relationship between dynamic capabilities and organizational performance, networking, and organizational performance, and to analyze the relationship between spiritual motivation variables and organizational performance. This research method is a quantitative survey. The respondent sampling technique used in this research is a purposive sampling technique, namely samples taken based on certain considerations. Responses to this study came from 567 Organization members of education. The data collection method used in this research is an online questionnaire which provides a written list of questions to respondents. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7. In this study, the data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The stages of research data analysis are outer model testing, namely integrated validity and reliability testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing. The independent variables of this research are dynamic capabilities, collaborative networks, and spiritual motivation and the dependent variable is Organization performance. The results of this research are that dynamic capabilities have a significant and positive influence on organization performance, collaboration networks have a significant and positive influence on organization performance, and motivation has a significant and positive influence on organization performance. The managerial implication of the results of this research is that to improve the performance of educational organizations, managers can apply dynamic capability variables because dynamic variables have been proven to significantly encourage increased organizational performance. This study aims to evaluate theories and ideas about social values and determine the high quality of virtues that potentially change social practices, thinking, self-awareness, and behavior of the individual and society. The relevance of the study of value components is determined by the fact that such values as “spirituality and morality”, “responsibility”, “justice”, “rationality”, and “security” are capable of capturing the greatest value of many interests, which allows for the integration of society. An experimental study was conducted using sociological research methods based on developed questionnaires with questions touching on the parameters of sustainable development of society, determining the high quality of virtues and behavior of the individual and society. The study was conducted from May to June 2023 (N = 1387). Based on Demoethical values, special attention is paid to global problems related to climate change and inefficient use of energy and water resources, thereby achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. As a result of the study, Demoethical values are revealed in interaction with the economic components of demography, democracy, and demoeconomics as a tool for social transformation, as they shape the harmonious vision of the world, human behavior, decisions, and relationships with other people.

Spiritual Intelligence (SI) has become a key contributor towards enhancing employee well-being and job satisfaction (JS) in the modern competitive business world. This study examines the impact of SI on JS among Sri Lankan IT professionals, considering gender’s role in this relationship. Analyzing data from 383 respondents using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), the study reveals a strong positive correlation between SI and JS, with no moderating effect on gender. The study highlights the importance of embedding SI into HR and organizational policies to enhance workforce resilience and retention while contributing to broader industry development and global competitiveness in the IT sector.
The current business environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) advances numerous challenges for organizations. To respond effectively to these changing demands, traditional approaches to solving problems often prove inadequate in this dynamic context. A new approach, the ProCESS methodology, was developed and tested in the last three years within an Erasmus+ consortium in four European countries. This approach stimulates unconventional thinking and the finding of creative solutions for real-world business challenges. The aim of this perspective paper is to present the research data collected in two Romanian companies by testing ProCESS methodology. In the discussion section, the paper highlights the potential of this methodology that uses various artistic tools like drawing, music, modeling, or meditation to encourage participants to tap into their sensory, emotional, and spiritual sides for finding new and unexpected solutions. The paper also discusses potential influences on organizational culture and employee well-being.
