In Kazakhstan, for more than 20 years, the state policy on the formation of a single information space, aimed at reducing budgetary resources for the formation and maintenance of information resources of government agencies, as well as the creation of a unified communication environment. The relevance of the article is due to the following factors: the acceleration of digital modernization processes in Kazakhstan under the influence of global informatization and the consideration of the prospects of improving the efficiency of the Kazakh government through the introduction of information technology is not always recognized by society as an institutional advantage. As special methodological tools, the study used experimental, empirical and heuristic methods to analyze factors and identify problems in budget financing in the field of digitalization and E-Government in Kazakhstan. The main source of data is the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The main conclusions: there is a need for further economic and political modernization of Kazakh society through the widespread use of information technology, and in our view, the practical approach to the use of public financing to create a real e-government and the prospects for its development in Kazakhstan is interesting.
The aim of our study is to provide information on how and to what extent professionals of art institutions in Hungary and Slovakia (contemporary galleries and museums) use artificial intelligence in their work processes. Our research focuses on the extent to which these institutions use artificial intelligence in the development of the institution’s operational strategy, or how they can embed the assumed usefulness of artificial intelligence in the operation of the institution, be it the creation of an exhibition, the textual processing of the professional life of an artist, or a about a tool that shapes the gallery’s marketing strategy. We conducted ten in-depth interviews in the two countries, the interviewees were selected using the snowball method. The interview took place among professionals and professionally credible artists who are actively active in contemporary fine art life. The results revealed that the use of artificial intelligence as a tool in the creative work processes is not a requirement in the field of culture, neither in Hungary nor in Slovakia. All the interviewees already had professional experience with AI, 90% of those interviewed would like to deepen their knowledge of the creative use methods of AI, e.g., by creating working groups in the workplace on an experimental basis. Based on our conclusions, we can say that artificial intelligence currently has no conscious strategic use in contemporary art institutions. It can be said that creative professionals are aware of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence in their own field of image, video, and text creation, but there is uncertainty on the part of creators and curators when it comes to copyright. The in-depth interviews provided source material for the compilation of a standardized set of questions for a larger survey of 300-500 people, proportional to the sample, so our presented results are partial results of a larger research.
This paper examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on financial inclusion in China, a country with a significant agricultural sector and an evolving digital landscape. The pandemic has accelerated the shift towards digital financial services, underscoring disparities in access. This study explores the pre- and post-pandemic scenarios of financial inclusion in China, evaluates the economic and social impacts of the pandemic, and assesses the role of digital transformation in the financial sector. It also investigates the changing roles of commercial banks and microfinance institutions, the integration of technology in finance, and the development of rural-urban economic linkages. The paper aims to propose strategies to enhance financial inclusion, ensuring it reaches the most vulnerable, and concludes with recommendations for creating a more equitable and robust economic system.
The construction of practical education bases in the construction of medical colleges in vocational colleges is an important way to meet the teaching requirements of medical courses and reflect the comprehensive practical education ability of vocational colleges. For medical students in vocational colleges, the improvement of practical ability is also an important way to continuously enhance and improve their professional and technical abilities. This article analyzes the construction of relevant training bases in the field of medical imaging, and explores the scientific methods for teaching and constructing traditional Chinese medicine imaging professional bases in vocational colleges through four typical paths: basic construction of practice bases, effective management of practice bases, targeted practical abilities, and professional skill training for cultivating teacher teams.
This study explores the factors affecting dentists’ willingness to use social media in their practices, examining how consumer behavior influences their adoption decisions. Despite the growing use of social media across industries, its adoption in dentistry remains relatively underexplored. As investments in digital technologies increase, understanding dentists’ intentions to integrate social media becomes crucial, especially considering the evolving consumer behavior patterns in healthcare. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and factoring in patient pressures, this study analyzes data from 209 respondents through SPSS and Smart PLS 4.0. The results offer valuable insights for dentists, highlighting the benefits of social media integration, and justifying investments in these platforms to align with changing consumer expectations. The study also discusses its limitations and suggests future research directions to further explore social media adoption in dentistry and its potential to drive economic growth within the sector.
The role of technology in stimulating economic growth needs to be reexamined considering current heightened economic conditions of Asian developing Economies. This study conducts a comparative analysis of technology proxied by R&D expenditures alongside macroeconomic variables crucial for economic growth. Monthly time-series data from 1990 to 2019 were analyzed using a vector error correction model (VECM), revealing a significant impact of technology on the economic growth of India, Pakistan, and the Philippines. However, in the cases of Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Bangladesh, macroeconomic indicators were found more crucial to their economic growth. Results of Granger causality underlined the relationship of R&D expenditures and macroeconomic variables with GDP growth rates. Sensitivity analyses endorsed robustness of the results which highlighted the significance and originality of this study in economic growth aligned with sustainable development goals (SDGs) for developing countries.
