Identify and diagnosis of homogenous units and separating them and eventually planning separately for each unit are considered the most principled way to manage units of forests and creating these trustable maps of forest’s types, plays important role in making optimum decisions for managing forest ecosystems in wide areas. Field method of circulation forest and Parcel explore to determine type of forest require to spend cost and much time. In recent years, providing these maps by using digital classification of remote sensing’s data has been noticed. The important tip to create these units is scale of map. To manage more accurate, it needs larger scale and more accurate maps. Purpose of this research is comparing observed classification of methods to recognize and determine type of forest by using data of Land Cover of Modis satellite with 1 kilometer resolution and on images of OLI sensor of LANDSAT satellite with 30 kilometers resolution by using vegetation indicators and also timely PCA and to create larger scale, better and more accurate resolution maps of homogenous units of forest. Eventually by using of verification, the best method was obtained to classify forest in Golestan province’s forest located on north-east of country.
The fresh dried pollen of grape and seedless grape varieties were used as the research material. Each cultivar was stored at room temperature, 5 C, 0 C, -18 C and -40 C respectively. Sucrose 200g / L + boric acid 50mg / L + agar 8g / L as the nutrient substrate, and the comparative study on the germination and culture of the nuclear breed and the seedless cultivar. The results showed that the pollen viability decreased with the increase of storage time at different temperatures. The pollen viability decreased at -18 C and -40 , and the pollen viability decreased at the same temperature The There was a significant difference in pollen viability between different cultivars at the beginning of storage, and the pollen viability of the kernel breed was higher than that of the seedless grape.
Good health and well-being are embedded in the 3rd Goal amongst the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The primary objective of this research was to identify the most critical economic, social, and administrative barriers to implementing the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) in the Punjab Province of Pakistan. A sequential exploratory design and case study technique were used, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods. In the first stage, in-depth interviews with 50 key officials were conducted to identify the most critical barriers to the EPI program. A quantitative analysis was then performed based on the results obtained from qualitative analysis, and rank orders of barriers were received from the same health department experts. The results indicate that twenty-eight barriers can cause implementation problems for this program. Still, the ten barriers that gained the maximum hits are the most important barriers, which include Shortage of vaccinators, mismanagement of vaccines’ cold chain, biometric android application, ice-lined refrigerators, communication gap, inadequate legislation of EPI program, capacity building issues with EPI staff, Misconceptions about EPI program, lack of awareness of the parents and community, refusal cases and inadequate cooperation of lady health workers (LHWs). Coordinated efforts of the government and the public are highly recommended to address these barriers.
