This paper aims to investigate the impact of China’s central state-owned enterprises (SOEs) relocation policy from the capital city of Beijing on the economy and local fiscal revenue. We find that these enterprises play a critical role in implementing national strategies, promoting industrial upgrading, and enhancing the competitiveness of the industry chain. At the same time, their relocation has also dispersed the pressure of economic development in Beijing, promoted regional economic coordination and development, and increased local fiscal revenue. However, attention should be paid to the particularity and diversity of local areas in the process of policy formulation to avoid “one-size-fits-all” solutions. Therefore, when formulating corresponding policies, the central government should guide enterprises to handle relocation issues correctly and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees and their families. Meanwhile, local governments should also formulate corresponding support policies to facilitate enterprise settlement. The ultimate goal is to solve problems and contradictions through development and achieve common prosperity. Therefore, we suggest that the government and enterprises work together to bring prosperity to everyone and jointly promote the sustainable development of the Chinese economy.
The usage of cybersecurity is growing steadily because it is beneficial to us. When people use cybersecurity, they can easily protect their valuable data. Today, everyone is connected through the internet. It’s much easier for a thief to connect important data through cyber-attacks. Everyone needs cybersecurity to protect their precious personal data and sustainable infrastructure development in data science. However, systems protecting our data using the existing cybersecurity systems is difficult. There are different types of cybersecurity threats. It can be phishing, malware, ransomware, and so on. To prevent these attacks, people need advanced cybersecurity systems. Many software helps to prevent cyber-attacks. However, these are not able to early detect suspicious internet threat exchanges. This research used machine learning models in cybersecurity to enhance threat detection. Reducing cyberattacks internet and enhancing data protection; this system makes it possible to browse anywhere through the internet securely. The Kaggle dataset was collected to build technology to detect untrustworthy online threat exchanges early. To obtain better results and accuracy, a few pre-processing approaches were applied. Feature engineering is applied to the dataset to improve the quality of data. Ultimately, the random forest, gradient boosting, XGBoost, and Light GBM were used to achieve our goal. Random forest obtained 96% accuracy, which is the best and helpful to get a good outcome for the social development in the cybersecurity system.
Under the background of economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology, the development of higher education (HE) has undergone profound changes. Nowadays, in order to increase the international competitiveness, training international talents has become the primary task of universities and HE institutions. Therefore, taking Shenzhen as an example, the research takes quantitative method to study how the educational resources in the society affect the school from a macro perspective, and the micro perspective of students, teachers and schools, studying the impact on the development of universities. Through in-depth analysis of the integration of educational resources, the results show that multilingual library resource, and other three factors followed, are critical factors in the development of HE. And then, this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions after discussion, aiming to provide strategic insights to enhance the quality and international competitiveness of HE in the GBA, especially in the construction of multilingual library resources (MLR), international exchange platform (IEP), sufficient and diverse laboratory facilities (SDLF), and rich academic resources (RAR). Thus, the research narrows the gap in this field to some extent.
The increasing demand for electricity and the need to reduce carbon emissions have made optimizing energy usage and promoting sustainability critical in the modern economy. This research paper explores the design and implementation of an Intelligent-Electricity Consumption and Billing Information System (IEBCIS), focusing on its role in addressing electricity sustainability challenges. Using the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, the system’s architecture collects, analyses, and visualizes electricity usage data, providing users with valuable insights into their consumption patterns. The research involved developing and validating the IEBCIS prototype, with results demonstrating enhanced real-time monitoring, load shedding schedules, and billing information. These results were validated through user testing and feedback, contributing to the scientific knowledge of intelligent energy management systems. The contributions of this research include the development of a framework for intelligent energy management and the integration of data-driven insights to optimize electricity consumption, reduce costs, and promote sustainable energy use. This research was conducted over a time scope of two years (24 months) and entails design, development, pilot test implementation and validation phases.
The study aimed to demonstrate that Palestinian banks have the potential to increase green financing by enhancing public sector understanding instead of focusing solely on the private sector, in addition to providing insights from employees of Palestinian banks listed on the Palestine Stock Exchange regarding the key challenges and opportunities related to green financing in Palestine specifically. It posed two central questions: What are the opportunities and challenges in implementing green finance in Palestine, and what level of government and private sector support exists? The study used the descriptive analytical approach, through interviews and surveys, the study targeted 10 heads of credit departments and a non-probability sample of 350 bank employees. The findings revealed a strong commitment from the government to promote green finance. At the same time, the private sector showed reluctance to engage in external investments. Key challenges included political instability and limited financial resources, though international aid was a significant opportunity to advance green finance. The study recommended increasing public awareness and fostering stronger coordination between the government and private sector, possibly incorporating competition from neighboring countries to further develop Palestine’s green finance strategy.
