This paper aims to explore the practice and effect of integrating ideological and politics in higher vocational mathematics education. Through the review of relevant literature and the analysis of practical cases, this study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of integrating ideological and political education into higher vocational mathematics teaching, as well as the promoting effect of students' ideological and political education. At the same time, it also discusses how to effectively combine the curriculum thinking and politics with higher vocational mathematics teaching, as well as the strategies and methods to achieve positive results, in order to provide some reference for the majority of higher vocational mathematics teachers.

Intelligent toy design and development talents need to master certain electronic intelligent control, arts and crafts design, product modeling design and other skills. There is a shortage of intelligent toy designers in our country, and toy enterprises are in urgent need of professional and technical personnel engaged in toy product modeling and functional design. This paper explores the necessity of cross-professional training of intelligent toy design and development talents, relies on teachers' scientific research and enterprise projects, etc., takes graduation projects as a breakthrough, pushes back the talent training curriculum system, and proposes an cross-professional collaborative training model. Through cross-professional combination training intelligent toy design talents, so that they have the design thinking of toy designers and a certain degree of electronic engineer design thinking, can better adapt to the rapid development of modern toy design industry, enterprises changing new requirements.

With the development and progress of the era, digital construction has become an important topic for enterprise development in the new era. Practice has shown that by actively carrying out corresponding digital construction work, enterprises can more comprehensively and systematically analyze the industry development and market prospects, which helps to promote the reasonable adjustment
of internal and external management work modes and the improvement of management efficiency, and has a positive guiding role for the healthy development cycle of enterprises. As an important part of modern higher education, this topic mainly studies the construction of innovative teachers' team in local applied colleges and universities. After analyzing the problem, we found that there are many problems in the construction of innovative teachers in local applied colleges and universities, such as the lack of effective cultivation mechanism and the lack of corresponding incentives. Therefore, this paper aims to put forward some suggestions on how to establish innovative teachers' team, in order to provide a reference basis for the development of innovative teachers' team in local applied colleges and universities.

This paper mainly analyzes the research and practice of the training mode of prefabricated technical talents, summarizes the connotation of prefabricated building and the importance of prefabricated building talent training, analyzes the key points and requirements of prefabricated building teaching, summarizes the problems existing in the training process of prefabricated building talents and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures, so as to lay a solid foundation for the optimization of the training mode of prefabricated talents in the next stage and the promotion of talent training level.
