In the past three decades, nanotechnology has attracted extensive attention. People have many expectations on the utilization of nanotechnology in medicine, but unfortunately, these expectations are unlikely to be realized. In the field of nanotechnology, the niche for building commercial products has not been developed yet. However, metal nanoparticles have attracted people’s attention since ancient times because of their optical properties, which are very different from those of bulk metals. By understanding the origin of these optical properties and using current technology, these nanoparticles can be manipulated to build a palette. Using micro measurement equipment, the palette can be printed with very good resolution.
With the continuous development of educational information technology, college English teaching is gradually transitioning to digital and informational. This article discusses and researches the application of educational information technology, the impact of educational information technology on student learning outcomes, changes and reasons in learning methods, and the construction of college English teaching staff under educational information technology. It is believed that conducting effective research on college English teaching under educational information technology will not only help improve the level of college English teaching, but also promote the development of educational informationization.
With the continuous development of our society, the education community has also put forward a series of new requirements that align with the current era. Among them, in the teaching activities of kindergarten teachers, the effective reference of information technology is conducive to teachers guiding children to participate in learning, helping teachers to create a good teaching environment by means of information technology, and helping to expand children's vision and develop children's intelligence. However, at present, some kindergarten teachers in our country do not have information technology literacy, which hinders the growth of children. Therefore, this paper focuses on the cultivation of information technology literacy among kindergarten teachers in the new era.
The problem of the current study is to study the moderating role of Blockchain technology on the impact of the use of financial technology (FinTech) on the competitive advantage of Jordanian banks. Quantitative analysis is appropriate. The study population consists of (600) employees in three banks at Jordan (Arab Bank, Islamic Bank, Ahli Bank) with its branches in various governorates. A questionnaire was developed to collect study data and distributed electronically. The number of participants was (240) respondents. The study confirms that there is an impact of the mediating role of Blockchain technology in the impact of the use of financial technology (FinTech) on competitive advantage. The study recommends increasing spending on financial technology applications to improve banking services provided to customers, especially through electronic applications and technologies. The study also recommends rebuilding current banking systems using Blockchain technology, which will remove the central database structure and replace it with a decentralized data environment via the blockchain, thus reducing the risk of database hacking. Since transactions via blockchain technology are verified by every node of the chain, it will make transactions more secure which will make the world’s banking systems faster and more secure.
Technological advancements are transforming agriculture, yet adoption rates among agricultural extension officers, especially in regions like West Java, remain modest due to several challenges. This study applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to investigate factors influencing the adoption of agricultural technologies by agricultural extension officers in West Java. Specifically, we explore the role of socialization, training, access to technology, cost, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness in shaping behavioral intention and actual adoption. Data were collected from 295 agricultural extension officers via structured surveys and analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicate that socialization and training collectively enhance both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, while Technology Investment Worth specifically enhances perceived usefulness by emphasizing the value of the investment. Access to technology also plays a critical role in increasing ease of use perceptions. Both perceived ease of use and usefulness positively influence behavioral intention, which in turn is a strong predictor of actual adoption. The results provide valuable insights for policymakers aiming to increase technology uptake among agricultural extension officers, promoting sustainable agricultural practices through improved access, support, and cost reduction initiatives.
Today’s automation of the audit process increasingly relies on electronic auditing, especially computer-assisted audit techniques (CAATs), and has become a global necessity. Therefore, this study aims to explore the influence of technological, organizational, and environmental (TOE) factors on audit firms’ adoption of CAATs in developing countries, focusing on Ethiopia. The research employed a quantitative approach and gathered 113 valid responses from certified external auditors in Ethiopian audit firms. The data was then analyzed through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The findings show that relative advantage and compatibility are the significant technological attributes influencing CAAT adoption in Ethiopian audit firms. Besides, auditors’ information technology (IT) competency was a significant organizational attribute influencing CAAT adoption. Environmental attributes such as the complexity of the client’s accounting information system (AIS) and the professional body support significantly impact the adoption of CAATs. Additionally, the size of an audit firm reduces the impact of clients’ AIS complexity on the adoption of CAATs in Ethiopian audit firms. The findings underscore the significance of CAAT adoption in audit firms and offer valuable insights for policymakers and standard setters in crafting legislation for the Ethiopian audit industry. This study represents the first scholarly effort to provide evidence of CAAT adoption in audit firms in developing countries like Ethiopia.
