In this paper, all the forests, woodlands and trees in the administrative area of Zhaoling Township in Chuzhou City of Huai'an City were collected and analyzed. The total area of the administrative area is 4852 hectares, the forest coverage rate is 22.07%, and the forest greening rate is 26.13%. This index has exceeded 20% of the forest coverage rate of the well - off society. Tree species is particularly serious. In the forest system (pure forest), the area of pure forest of poplar is accounted for 99.9% of the whole forest area. In the four tree systems, the number of poplar trees accounted for 80% of the total number of trees in the whole tree, and the total amount of poplar trees accounted for 98%. The poplar pure forest age group structure disorders, the unit area is low. The ratio of total area of poplar pure forest in Zhongling and young forests was 92.9%, and the ratio of total area of poplar pure forest and mature forest was 7.1%. The ratio of mature forest and the ratio of mature forest was 0.7%, and the proportion of each group was obviously abnormal.
Nanotechnology is a subject that studies, processes, and applies various functional materials, equipment, and systems, and controls substances on a nanoscale. Nanomedicine refers to its application in diagnosing, treating, preventing, and monitoring various diseases. Drugs administered through eye drops must travel a long distance to avoid various eye barriers reaching the posterior segment of the eye, to achieve the lowest drug level. This review focuses on nanotechnology-based eye disease treatment systems and highlights the obstacles affecting the drug management of eyes and nano-systems for the treatment of eye diseases. This paper summarizes the development prospect of nanotechnology and the challenges it faces in the treatment and diagnosis of ophthalmic diseases, to provide information and new ideas for the implementation of treatment and the development of a refractory eye disease management system.
Indonesia’s stock market has seen an increase in investment due to the ease of investing and the availability of information about stocks on different social media platforms. This research uses a social network approach to analyze overconfidence behavior in millennial stock investors. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population used in this study are capital market investors in the Greater Solo area who are millennials (<30 years). The number of stock investors in the Greater Solo area is 60,542 investors. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. This research uses the AMOS SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis tool. The conclusion of this study is that millennial investors’ overconfidence behavior increases influenced by financial literacy. investor skills. family ties and friendship ties. The contribution of this research can be applied to understand and educate millennial investors in order to overcome overconfidence behavior so that they can anticipate the losses received. This research may have implications for improving Behavioral Finance Integration Incorporating insights from behavioral finance into investment strategies can help mitigate the negative effects of overconfidence. The aim of this research is to explore the relationship between remuneration, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Remuneration, in this context, refer to a system synchronization that is based on performance appraisal result. In this, regard, the research employed a descriptive quantitative method, with a population comprising all University of Padjadjaran lecturers which were a total of 2,090. Furthermore, in order to gather the research sample, a probability sampling technique was employed. This technique was selected because of its reputation as the most general strategic sampling technique in quantitative research to achieve representativeness (1). The obtained result showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the remuneration and job satisfaction of lecturers in University of Padjadjaran. Accordingly, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 19.330 > 1.95 was observed, meaning the H1 hypothesis in this research was accepted. It is also expedient to acknowledge that a positive and significant relationship was found between job satisfaction and the performance of the lecturers in study area. For this relationship, a significant value of 0.010 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 5.676 > 1.95 was found. These findings led to the acceptance of the H2 hypothesis proposed in this research. Similarly, the relationship between remuneration and the performance of the observed lecturers was found to be positive and significant. The observed significant value in this regard was 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-count value was 4.057 > 1.95, indicating that H3 hypothesis was also accepted. Lastly, the relationship between remuneration and employee performance mediated by job satisfaction of lecturer in University of Padjadjaran was explored, and it was found to also be positive and significant, with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 5.429 > 1.95. This indicated that the H4 hypothesis proposed in the research was accepted.
The purpose of the article is to present the current situation in the rail freight transport in Thailand and the direction of changes in this area. Firstly, Thailand statistics in volume of freight transport by rail and modal share of freight transport have been presented. Afterwards, problems and obstacles in railway operational practices and in using rail transport services have been identified to improve railway system in Thailand and the outcome was assessed in terms of railway capacity and utilization. The findings were used to outline the direction of changes in rail freight transport. The results show that the rail transport capacity in double-track would increase by 48% (at present by 15.5% and as plan by 30%) and the ratio by rail transport to total freight transport would increase from at present by 1.87% to 10% in 2037.
