A method for studying the resilience of energy and socio-ecological systems is considered; it integrates approaches developed at the International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis and the Melentyev Institute of Energy Systems (MESI) of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The article discusses in detail the methods of using intelligent information technologies, in particular semantic technologies and knowledge engineering (cognitive probabilistic modeling), which the authors propose to use in assessing the risks of natural and man-made threats to the resilience of the energy sector and social and ecological systems. The service quality of a logistics operation is a key research factor. According to Parasuraman in 1988, there are 5 dimensions about the service quality. In this paper will detective the affecting factors by collecting data from 1560 customers who experienced the service of Beibu Gulf Port Group, Guangxi, China. We used structural equation modeling (SEM) to test whether the service quality factors would affect the logistics operation or not from tangible, responsiveness, reliable and empathy to assurance. Moreover, with the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) has been signed, whether this free trade agreement’s effect would affect this Group’s service quality or not would be a consideration of this research. And the traditional service quality factors will affect the RCEP implementation or not will be tested, too. The results in the paper show the significance positive in co-relationship and supporting evidences for the Group’s future development.

Introduction/Main objectives: This study aims to test the influence of the application of the concept of value for money on regional government financial management at the quality level of regional development, which is determined by the level of foreign and domestic investment in local governments. Background problems: State the problem or economic/business phenomena studied in this paper and specify the research question(s) in one sentence. Novelty: This study has a research model that has yet to be widely carried out in Indonesia, namely, a moderated model regression analysis of the value concept for money on the quality of regional development with investment as a moderating variable. Research methods: This study uses data on financial performance, domestic and foreign investment levels, and human development index of 34 provincial governments from 2017 to 2021. This research data comes from the website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The data collected in this study is then analyzed using moderated regression analysis (MRA) with the SPSS ver 23.0 application. Findings/Results: The findings in the research show that the application of value for money ( economics, efficiency, and effectiveness ) from local government financial governance can influence the quality of regional development in Indonesia’s provinces in 2017–2021. In addition, the existence of foreign and domestic investment in the provincial government also strengthens the influence of value-for-money financial governance on the quality level of regional development in the provincial government. Conclusion: Based on existing research, local government financial management applies the concept that value for money needs to be increased to create optimal public services to improve the quality of human development in the regions. Regional governments are also expected to be able to encourage the level of capital investment both domestically and abroad to support the creation of development that can strengthen the quality of regional development in the regions.

Mediating role of artificial intelligence in the relationship between higher education quality and scientific research ethics among faculty members: A Study in carrying out the study, specific research objectives were derived, and based on the derived objectives, null hypotheses were formulated and tested for the study. This study, thus, employed survey research design. This study’s population comprised postgraduate students from Middle Eastern University, Jordan, with 1200 students. Using the population, a sample size of 291 respondents was selected based on Krecie and Morgan The students in the sample completed Google Forms questionnaires. The data were statistically processed, and the analysis’s most significant level was 0.25. The research questions were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and the null hypothesis was tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlational Analysis (PPMC). Also, the study showed a significant relationship between artificial intelligence and the quality of higher education and the relationship of significance between artificial intelligence and ethics in scientific research. The researcher suggested a need for ongoing education, cross-discipline cooperation, and the development of solid ethical frameworks for the integration ethics of AI academia.

The application of quality management methods and tools is an important prerequisite for the success and performance increase of manufacturing enterprises. The paper deals with the application of methods and tools of quality management (MTQM) in manufacturing enterprises. The paper aims to analyze whether there is a relationship between the application of MTQM and the size of enterprises, the use of MTQM, and the performance of enterprises measured through the achieved profit. It also analyzes the impact of MTQM on the agility of manufacturing enterprises measured through the decrease in sales expressed in revenues during the pandemic period. The paper presents the results of the research which was conducted between 2020–2022. Several statistical tools such as the Chi-square goodness-of-fit test, Pearson’s chi-square test, and contingency analysis were used to evaluate the different analyses as well as the representativeness of the sample. Based on the results, it can be concluded that there are differences in the use of MTQM and the size of the enterprise as well as the performance of the enterprises. At the same time, the hypothesis that enterprises using a wider range of quality management methods and tools have a higher potential to adapt to unexpected market changes was also confirmed.
