As one of the ways of the double reduction policy, the Family Education Promotion Law not only urges state organs and schools to fulfill their obligations, but also contributes to the growth of children, the shaping of family traditions and the vigorous development of society.However families who still believe that the traditional concept of beating still exists and mostly in rural areas, families with advanced concepts believe that children should not take beating and scolding, but conform to their own characteristics and using a scientific way of education and training.

In today’s rapidly evolving organizational landscape, understanding the dynamics of employee incentives is crucial for fostering high performance. This research delves into the intricate interplay between moral and financial incentives and their repercussions on employee performance within the dynamic context of healthcare organizations. Drawing upon a comprehensive analysis of 226 respondents from three healthcare organizations in Klang Valley, Peninsular Malaysia, the study employs a quantitative approach to explore the relationships between independent variables (career growth, recognition, decision-making, salary, bonus, promotion) and the dependent variable of employee performance. The research unveils that moral incentives, including career growth, recognition, and decision-making, significantly impact employee performance. Professionals motivated by opportunities for growth, acknowledgment, and participation in decision-making demonstrate heightened engagement and commitment. In the financial realm, competitive salaries, performance-based bonuses, and transparent promotion pathways are identified as crucial factors influencing employee performance. The study advocates a holistic approach, emphasizing the synergistic integration of both moral and financial incentives. Healthcare organizations are encouraged to tailor their incentive structures to create a supportive and rewarding workplace, addressing the multifaceted needs and motivations of healthcare professionals. The implications extend beyond academia, offering practical guidance for organizations seeking to optimize workforce dynamics, foster job satisfaction, and ensure the sustainability of healthcare organizations.

Macao’s Continuing Education Development and Improvement Program aims to create lifelong learning conditions for Macao residents who have reached the age of 15 and encourage them to pursue continuing education or obtain certification to improve their personal qualities. This paper analyzes the entire implementation process of the Continuing Education Development and Improvement Program in Macao, using the traditional means of policy analysis from three perspectives. For the government, successful implementation ensures the quality of continuing education and promotes the building of a learning society in Macao. For educational institutions, this program provides residents with multiple learning pathways to meet diversified needs. For residents, it alleviates the cost pressure caused by education and promotes individual development in various aspects. However, there are still some problems in the subsequent implementation process that need to be improved, such as unclear positioning, inadequate administrative supervision mechanisms, and a weak guarantee of curriculum quality.

The Yangjiabu Kite Festival, originating over 2000 years ago in Shandong Province, China, stands as a testament to the enduring cultural heritage and artistic traditions of kite flying. This research explores the historical origins, cultural symbolism, festival format, community engagement, and international exposure of the Yangjiabu Kite Festival, shedding light on its evolution and impact over time. Findings reveal the festival’s deep roots in ancient Chinese traditions, its role as a platform for showcasing cultural diversity and craftsmanship, and its significance in promoting tourism, cultural exchange, and soft power projection for Shandong Province. Lessons learned from the Yangjiabu Kite Festival offer valuable insights for cross-cultural application, event management, cultural diplomacy, and community development. Suggestions for future research include comparative studies, longitudinal assessments, audience research, and policy analysis to further explore the dynamics and implications of cultural festivals in a global context. Overall, the research underscores the importance of cultural festivals as vehicles for cultural preservation, tourism promotion, and intercultural dialogue, fostering mutual understanding and appreciation across borders.
