There are diverse effects in consequence of exposure to radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF). The interactions of fields and the exposed body tissues are related to the nature of exposure, tissue comportment, field strength and signal frequency. These interactions can crop different effects.
Based on the collective forest with common use rights, the social-ecological system analysis framework and autonomous governance theory proposed by Elinor Ostrom are introduced in the forest eco-economic system to analyze the interaction logic among the first-level subsystems and the secondary variables of the forest eco-economic system and the variables related to the autonomous governance of the system to explore the synergistic mechanisms affecting the forest eco-economic system. The results show that: in the case of information asymmetry, collective actions of governmental and non-governmental organizations will aggravate the dilemma of forest eco-economic synergistic development; actors extract forest resource units from the forest resource system to achieve economic benefits; and renewable resources of forest ecosystems can be sustained in the long term when the average extraction rate of humans from forest ecosystems does not exceed the average replenishment rate.
This article attempts to use public sphere theory as a starting point to compare the behavior of the British government in protecting the interests of British business in China in the 19th century with the Chinese government’s neglect of the interests of Chinese business in the Philippines. Mill’s method of finding identities will be used. This article uses the Shanghai Branch of the China Association and the Philippine Chinese Charitable Association Inc. as representatives of civil business groups in the UK and China. For the UK, due to the public sphere of competition with the central government within the UK, civil business groups must consult with relevant civil business groups when implementing any economic foreign policy. This process promotes consensus between the British government and society to promotes the British government’s determination to maintain British business in China. However, for China, due to the absence of a public sphere where the central government interacts with society, even though Chinese civil business groups have huge interests overseas, the state and society have always been unable to form a positive interaction. At the same time, this situation also results in Chinese business in the Philippines having to rely on their abilities to maintain their local interests.
This study unveils the mediating mechanism and explores the role of organizational trust in the link between organizational justice and turnover intention among female employees in the banking industry. For this purpose, we gathered data from 336 female workers employed at a Tunisian prominent bank, encompassing both head office and branch locations dispersed throughout the country. Our study analyzed the data using AMOS statistical software version 25 and confirmed our research hypotheses. Our findings showed that procedural justice and interactional justice positively influence organizational trust, while they both have a negative impact on turnover intention among female employees. Furthermore, organizational trust significantly and negatively influences female employees’ turnover intention. Ultimately, we have demonstrated that organizational trust completely mediates the link between procedural and interactional justice and female employees’ turnover intention. This highlights the significance of organizational trust in conditioning the relationships linking procedural and interactional justice to turnover intention among female employees. Hence, top management should put more emphasis on building organisational trust among their female employees to ensure positive attitude and behaviour. Other implications for practitioners and researchers are elaborated.
