This paper aims to explore the impact of V-Girls APP on the improvement of female college students' Health literacy and its mechanism. Using a questionnaire survey method, the survey subjects were female students from a certain university. The results showed that using the V-Girls app can significantly improve the health knowledge level, health behavior habits, and mental health status of female college students. Further analysis reveals that the impact mechanisms of V-Girls APP mainly include cognitive mechanisms, social support mechanisms, and behavioral guidance mechanisms. The results of this study provide new ways and ideas for improving female college students' Health literacy.

This paper presents an overview of the policies and efforts of the Provincial Government of Bali, Indonesia, to tackle the development of HIV/AIDS. This study considers the socio-cultural context and analyzes the factors that are most likely to influence its spread, the response of the community, and the local government’s efforts to form Provincial AIDS commission whose movement is supported by the village government and the community to suppress the spread of HIV/AIDS. The authors observe the micro factors that most determine this program, such as attitudes, behaviors, and desires of policy-making actors, stakeholders, implementing organizations, adequacy of human resources, financial funds, information, education, communication, advocacy, regional languages, the role of students, and field workers, and local culture in preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS. Therefore, this research does not focus on just one dimension in efforts to deal with this outbreak. Following the application of the public policy theory, all potential contributing elements must be addressed simultaneously. This requires a truly interdisciplinary and multisectoral approach that requires to be comprehended by policymakers in other provinces where the prevalence of HIV/AIDS is quite high. This effort also requires commitment and strong political will from levels of government.

Primary school students are in a period of rapid development of thinking. Primary school mathematics is particularly important for the cultivation of students' abstract thinking ability. The section of number and algebra is the most basic and important content in mathematics. This paper takes number and algebra as an example to analyze the abstract thinking ability of primary school mathematics and its training strategies, so as to provide some practical guidance for teaching.

Language is the carrier of culture. Under the function of language, international culture is constantly spread and exchanged. As an important part of basic education, language education, especially college English education, significantly contains multiple international cultures. From the perspective of multiculturalism, the development status of college English teaching reflects the importance of multicultural infiltration. The following explores college English teaching strategies from the perspective of multiculturalism from three aspects: establishing “double qualified” teachers, paying attention to mother tongue and cultural differences, establishing diversified teaching concepts and establishing teaching culture evaluation system.

Recognizing that various sexual orientations are equally valid, it is important to understand that homosexuality is a complex phenomenon. This paper aims to shed light on the current state of homosexuality in China. It holds universal significance not only for promoting cultural diversity, protecting human rights, strengthening the legal framework, and advancing society, but also for the well-being and livelihood of this vulnerable group.
