Finance is the core of the modern economy and the bloodline of the real economy; adherence to the people-centered value orientation and the financial services of the real economy as the fundamental purpose is an important connotation of the road of economic development with Chinese characteristics. Financial work is distinctly political and people-oriented, and must consciously practice the concept of the people, serve agricultural and rural development and farmers to increase their income and contribute to the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas. This study is based on the key factors affecting the multidimensional poverty of rural households—external rural financial resources availability and internal rural household entrepreneurship, rural household risk resilience, and rural household financial capability joint analysis. Based on financial exclusion theory, financial inclusion theory, poverty trap theory, and financial literacy theory, to build a logical framework between the rural financial resources availability, farmers’ financial capability, farmers’ entrepreneurship, farmers’ risk management capability, and farmers’ poverty, and then empirically explore the optimization mechanism of poverty reduction for farmers, and analyze the heterogeneity of the financial resources availability, to reduce the return to poverty caused by the lack of entrepreneurial motivation and the low level of risk resilience of rural households. The study aims to improve the farmers’ financial capability and promote sustainable and high-quality development of rural households. In this study, we modeled financial resource availability and rural household poverty using structural equations and surveyed rural households using a scale questionnaire. It was found that financial resource availability significantly affects rural household risk resilience, farmers’ entrepreneurship, and rural household poverty and that rural household risk resilience significance mediates the relationship between financial resource availability and rural household poverty, financial capability plays a significant moderating role. However, the mediating effect of farmers’ entrepreneurship on the availability of financial resources and farmers’ poverty is insignificant. Here, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and recommendations: guiding the allocation of financial resources to key areas and weak links; optimizing financial services; and building a long-term mechanism.
This research calls for intellectual and methodological unity among Muslims considering the current fragmentation and disintegration affecting the community. It emphasizes the need for cohesion, moving away from confrontations with differing ideas and interpretations. The study highlights a key aspect of tolerance ethics, a trait exemplified by esteemed jurists throughout history, who incorporated these values into their writings and actions as a model for future generations. Their respectful conduct in dialogues, debates, and interactions with opposing views serves as a guiding example. Key themes include decorum towards differing opinions, the avoidance of offensive language, and fairness in judgments, refraining from examining others' intentions. These principles of tolerance are evident in historical and biographical works, showcasing the jurists' ethical approach and intellectual maturity in addressing both minor and major disagreements, reflecting an ethical dimension in their discourse.
In the intricate realm of contractual law, the condition precluding action serves as a critical safeguard, ensuring that specific legitimate interests are protected within contracts and wills. This research examines this condition’s validity when based on a legitimate motive and for a reasonable duration. The study highlights a case involving an owner who violates this condition by engaging in acts such as sale or gift, raising important questions regarding the legal penalties associated with such violations. The primary objective of this research is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal consequences of breaching preventive clauses and to analyze how Egyptian, French, and Palestinian laws protect the interests of the stakeholders involved. The methodology adopted in this study is comparative in nature, involving a thorough analysis of the legal texts from Egyptian, French, and Palestinian laws. This involves a review of legal scholars’ opinions and relevant judicial rulings to highlight the differences in penalties and applications associated with preventive clauses. The findings reveal that both Egyptian and French laws advocate for the invalidity of actions carried out in violation of these preventive conditions. However, there is a divergence among scholars regarding the nature of this invalidity, with some arguing for absolute invalidity while others suggest relative invalidity. Conversely, the Palestinian legal framework prescribes specific penalties, indicating a variance in legislative approaches. The research concludes that the current legislative treatment of preventive conditions is insufficient and requires reform to ensure effective legal protection for affected parties. This leads to policy implications emphasizing the need to strengthen legal frameworks and enhance the clarity of legislative intentions in formulating laws related to preventive clauses. By doing so, the study aims to facilitate the achievement of legitimate interests for parties involved and ensure the enforcement of preventive conditions in a manner that upholds contractual integrity.
This study aims to explore the design and application of a learning achievement evaluation model, in order to improve the quality of teaching in the field of education and promote student development. This article starts with the importance of constructing a learning effectiveness evaluation model, and then clarifies the basic concepts and related theories of learning effectiveness evaluation, providing theoretical support for subsequent model design. In the model design section of learning effectiveness evaluation, propose the model design principles, indicator selection, and construction process to ensure the accuracy and comparability of the evaluation model construction. In the application and evaluation section of the learning effectiveness evaluation model, the application and evaluation methods of the main models in practical teaching were explored. Finally, the issues that need to be noted in the design process of the evaluation model were proposed in order to design a more high-quality evaluation system and promote the improvement of education quality.
In order to diversify a portfolio, find prices, and manage risk, derivatives products are now necessary. There is a lack of understanding of the true influence of derivatives on the behavior of the underlying assets, their volatility consequences, and their pricing as complex instruments. There is a dearth of empirical research on how these instruments impact company risk exposures and inconsistent findings. This study examines corporate derivatives’ impact on stock price exposure and systematic risk in South African non-financial firms. Using a dataset of listed firms from 2013 to 2023, we employ Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH) models to assess the effect of derivatives on return volatility and beta, a measure of systematic risk. Additionally, we apply the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to address potential endogeneity between firm characteristics and derivatives use. Our findings suggest that firms using derivatives experience lower overall volatility and reduced systematic risk compared to non-users. The results are robust to various control factors, including firm size, leverage, and macroeconomic conditions. This study fills a gap in the literature by focusing on an underrepresented emerging market and provides insights relevant to global risk management practices.
A serious problem in the workplace is incivility, which impacts especially vulnerable groups like single mothers who hold jobs and experience subtle unfair or damaging treatment. As the number of single working mothers continues to rise in today’s workforce, this study aims to clarify third-party perceptions about incivility against them at work and subsequent influences on individuals as well as the organization. Because the analysis is embedded in theories of social role expectations and organizational justice, it explores third-party observers’ perceptions (such as coworkers or supervisors) of whether incivility directed at single working mothers differs from that experienced by their comparison group—professionally equivalent peers who do not share equal caregiver responsibilities. The researchers employed a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both quantitative surveys and in-depth qualitative interviews to collect rich data from participants who represented several fields. They report their results that third-party observers are less likely to experience vicarious justification of incivility against single working mothers but may be equally unlikely or even more reluctant than in the case of other employees and furthermore find this data account for these differences. The results illustrate the intricate interplay of gender, family structure and work dynamics on workplace outcomes—all leading to lower job satisfaction rates, a high level of stress or even stagnation in career progression for single working mothers. Our findings also extend the workplace incivility literature by demonstrating ways in which single working mothers are particularly vulnerable to this form of mistreatment and a broader need for organizational policies that cultivate an inclusive, supportive environment. Implications for human resource management, organizational culture and policy based on these findings are discussed as it may provide some recommendations for handling incivility in the workplace environment.
