In the context of big data, the era of educational informatization has fully arrived, making the influence of information technology on language disciplines not to be underestimated. This has promoted vocational English teaching from the original slide multimodal demonstration teaching to the multimodal teaching stage relying on micro courses, playing a good synergistic role in improving English teaching classrooms, innovating teaching reforms, and improving students' English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
This article examines the female figures in Eileen Chang’s works, exploring their female consciousness in different social environments and historical backgrounds, as well as the influence of Eileen Chang’s legendary experiences on their formation. This article delves into the female consciousness depicted in Eileen Chang’s works, revealing her contributions to modern Chinese literature and social culture. The female consciousness in Eileen Chang’s works reflects her concern for the status of women and serves as a critique of patriarchal society and feudal culture. The female characters portrayed by Eileen Chang exhibit strong individuality and self-awareness, yet they still struggle to break free from the constraints of patriarchal society and feudal culture, losing themselves in the “foreign enclave society”. Eileen Chang’s legendary life greatly impacted the development of her female consciousness.
Organisational culture stands as a fundamental prerequisite for the efficacious operation of any given organisation. The primary aim of this study is to discern potential alterations within the dimensions of organisational culture across the pre-COVID-19, contemporary, and favoured paradigms within the realm of public administration. The data set was obtained from a cohort of 1189 officials in the Czech Republic. The Organisational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) was deployed for the purposes of conducting an online survey. The dominance of the clan archetype across all examined time frames has been corroborated. In addition, a statistically significant manifestation of these dimensions has been determined. In relation to pertinent variables, specifically gender, age, tenure, manager gender, and the dimensions typifying organisational culture, no statistically significant correlations have emerged. Respondents have not reported a sense of work-life imbalance in the aftermath of the pandemic. In summary, it is deduced that the pandemic has not exerted a drastic influence on the metamorphosis of organisational culture within the ambit of public administration. This study provides invaluable information on the repercussions of the pandemic within a sphere that, as an intangible constituent, often goes under-recognised. Mastery of the positioning of dimensions across diverse archetypes is of paramount significance for managers, as it can provide guidance in the cultivation of an apt organisational culture.
Currently, there is a significant gap between the training objectives and the actual situation of electromechanical talents in higher vocational colleges. Many teachers in electromechanical departments do not meet the required qualifications and are unable to adapt to the developments of the new era. The talent training mode is insufficiently comprehensive, and the criteria for talent assessment are not unified. In response to these issues, it is necessary to promptly change the mindset, innovate educational ideas, focus on the present while planning for the future, clarify training objectives, adopt a dual education model that integrates production and education, strengthen the faculty, utilize their potential, and improve the overall educational quality to provide guarantees for talent development.
To rejuvenate the country through science and education, the university is an important position of China's personnel training system and a base for the production of human resources in our country. The higher education in the popularization stage has made a profound change in the employment mode of graduates, which makes the discipline structure and personnel training mode of colleges and universities adapt to the requirements of the market and society. Based on the employment situation of colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the significance, dilemma and suggestions of constructing a feedback mechanism for the quality of graduates, so as to help colleges and universities cultivate more high-quality talents.
The emergence of modern new technology, 3D printing technology, has attracted the attention of various sectors of society and gradually has a widespread impact on the education industry. In the current teaching of "mechanical design", on the basis of understanding 3D printing technology, university teachers urgently need to think about how to reasonably introduce this technology to innovate the teaching mode of "mechanical design". In this regard, this article analyzes the current situation of the "Mechanical Design" major through the initial introduction of 3D printing, elaborates on the advantages of applying 3D printing technology in the "Mechanical Design" teaching mode, and puts forward application suggestions. It is hoped that this can promote the exploration of the educational philosophy of 3D printing in the "Mechanical Design" teaching mode.
