Virtual environments like the Metaverse have been gaining popularity in recent years. Live streaming has gained popularity as a favorite way to entertain among social network users, thanks to its real-time authenticity. This study will utilize the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptability and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) to examine the factors influencing the adoption of live streaming in the Metaverse, a new platform with greater immersion, among citizens in Vietnam. The research used a quantitative approach, collected data from a sample of participants through a structured questionnaire including Performance Expectancy (PEE), Effort Expectancy (EEF), Social Influence (SCI), Hedonic Motivation (HEM), and Experience (EXP). Additionally, technological Self-Efficacy (TSE) as an extended alternative is thought to influence that relationship as well. Results from the PLS-SEM technique was used to examine perception, acceptance, and adoption differences among demographic groups. Remarkably, the results show experience has a remarkable impact on the relationship between behavioral intention and the adoption use Metaverse for livestreaming. This study contributes theoretical value for investors and researchers on the entertainment and technology sectors due to the abilities of the live-streaming industry and the advanced features of metaverse in this digital world.
This study conducts a systematic literature review to analyze the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) within business excellence frameworks. An analysis of the findings in the reviewed articles yielded five major themes: AI technologies and intelligent systems; impact of AI on business operations, strategies, and models; AI-driven decision-making in infrastructure and policy contexts; new forms of innovation and competitiveness; and the impact of AI on organizational performance and value creation in infrastructure projects. The findings provide a comprehensive understanding of how AI can be integrated into organizational excellence emerged frameworks to address challenges in infrastructure governance, and sustainable development. Key questions addressed include: how AI affects consumer behavior and marketing strategies. What AI’s capabilities for businesses, especially marketing and digital strategies? How can organizations address the drivers and barriers to help make better use of AI in these business operations? Should organizations even do anything with these insights? These questions and more will be tackled throughout this discussion. This paper attempts to derive a comprehensive conceptual framework from several fields of human resources, operational excellence, and digital transformation, that can help guide organizations and policymakers in embedding AI into infrastructure and development initiatives. This framework will help practitioners navigate the complexities of AI integration, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth in a highly competitive landscape. By bridging the gap between AI technologies and development-related policy initiatives, this research contributes to the advancement of infrastructure governance, public management, and sustainable development.
This work investigated the photocatalytic properties of polymorphic nanostructures based on silica (SiO2) and magnetite (Fe3O4) for the photodegradation of tartrazine yellow dye. In this sense, a fast, easy, and cheap synthesis route was proposed that used sugarcane bagasse biomass as a precursor material for silica. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy results showed a decrease in organic content due to the chemical treatment with NaOH solution. This was confirmed through the changes promoted in the bonds of chromophores belonging to lignin, cellulose, and hemicellulose. This treated biomass was calcined at 800 ℃, and FTIR and X-ray diffraction (XRD) also confirmed the biomass ash profile. The FTIR spectrum showed the formation of silica through stretching of the chemical bonds of the silicate group (Si-O-Si), which was confirmed by DXR with the predominance of peaks associated with the quartz phase. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) confirmed the morphological and chemical changes due to the chemical and thermal treatments applied to this biomass. Using the coprecipitation method, we synthesized Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Np) in the presence of SiO2, generating the material Fe3O4/SiO2-Np. The result was the formation of nanostructures with cubic, spherical, and octahedral geometries with a size of 200 nm. The SEM images showed that the few heterojunctions formed in the mixed material increased the photocatalytic efficiency of the photodegradation of tartrazine yellow dye by more than two times. The degradation percentage reached 45% in 120 min of reaction time. This mixed material can effectively decontaminate effluents composed of organic pollutants containing azo groups.
Graphene has been ranked among one of the most remarkable nanostructures in the carbon world. Graphene modification and nanocomposite formation have been used to expand the practical potential of graphene nanostructure. The overview is an effort to highlight the indispensable synthesis strategies towards the formation of graphene nanocomposites. Consequently, graphene has been combined with useful matrices (thermoplastic, conducting, or others) to attain the desired end material. Common fabrication approaches like the in-situ method, solution processing, and melt extrusion have been widely involved to form the graphene nanocomposites. Moreover, advanced, sophisticated methods such as three- or four-dimensional printing, electrospinning, and others have been used to synthesize the graphene nanocomposites. The focus of all synthesis strategies has remained on the standardized graphene dispersion, physical properties, and applications. However, continuous future efforts are required to resolve the challenges in synthesis strategies and optimization of the parameters behind each technique. As the graphene nanocomposite design and properties directly depend upon the fabrication techniques used, there is an obvious need for the development of advanced methods having better control over process parameters. Here, the main challenging factors may involve the precise parameter control of the advanced techniques used for graphene nanocomposite manufacturing. Hence, there is not only a need for current and future research to resolve the field challenges related to material fabrication, but also reporting compiled review articles can be useful for interested field researchers towards challenge solving and future developments in graphene manufacturing.
In recent times, there has been a surge of interest in the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI), particularly within the realm of online advertising. This research focuses on the critical examination of AI’s role in enhancing customer experience (CX) across diverse business applications. The aim is to identify key themes, assess the impact of AI-powered CX initiatives, and highlight directions for future research. Employing a systematic and comprehensive approach, the study analyzes academic publications, industry reports, and case studies to extract theoretical frameworks, empirical findings, and practical insights. The findings underscore a significant transformation catalyzed by AI integration into Customer Relationship Management (CRM). AI enables personalized interactions, fortifies customer engagement through interactive agents, provides data-driven insights, and empowers informed decision-making throughout the customer journey. Four central themes emerge: personalized service, enhanced engagement, data-driven strategy, and intelligent decision-making. However, challenges such as data privacy concerns, ethical considerations, and potential negative experiences with poorly implemented AI persist. This article contributes significantly to the discourse on AI in CRM by synthesizing the current state, exploring key themes, and suggesting research avenues. It advocates for responsible AI implementation, emphasizing ethical considerations and guiding organizations in navigating opportunities and challenges.
