This research aims to investigate the impact of knowledge-based human resource management (KBHRM) practices on organizational performance through the mediating role of quality and quantity of knowledge worker productivity (QQKWP). The data were collected from 325 employees working in different private universities of Pakistan by using convenience and purposive sampling techniques. The quantitative research technique was used to perform analysis on WarpPLS software. The result revealed that only knowledge-based recruiting practices have a positive and significant direct effect on organizational performance. While knowledge-based performance appraisal practices, training and development practices and compensation practices all were insignificant in this regard. However, through mediator QQKWP, the knowledge-based recruiting practices (KBRP), knowledge-based training and development (KBTD), and knowledge-based compensation practices (KBCP) all were positively and significantly influencing organizational performance but only knowledge-based performance appraisal (KBPA) was insignificant in this mediating relationship. Lastly, the current study provides useful insights into the knowledge management (KM) literature in the context of private higher educational institutes of developing countries like Pakistan. The future studies should consider the impact of KBHRM practices on knowledge workers’ productivity and firms’ performances in the context of public universities.
This study assesses Vietnam’s state-level implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and analyses the government’s efforts to encourage AI implementation by focusing on the National Strategy on AI Development Program. This study emphasizes the possibility of implementing AI at the state level in Vietnam and the importance of conducting continuous reviews and enhancements to achieve sustainable and inclusive AI growth. Impact evaluations were conducted in public organizations alone, and implication evaluations were considered optional. AI impact assessments were constrained by societal norms that necessitated establishing relationships among findings. There is a lack of official information regarding the positive impact of Vietnam’s AI policy on the development of AI infrastructure, research, and talent pools. The study’s findings highlight the necessity of facilitating extensive AI legislation, and strengthening international cooperation. The study concludes with the following recommendations for improving Vietnam’s AI policy: implementing a strong AI governance structure and supporting AI education and awareness.
The emerging growth digital application has driven ecosystems integrating digital banks and e-commerce platforms, enabling seamless, efficient transactions. This study examines the impact of user experience and satisfaction on reuse intention in this integrated environment. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected through surveys of 471 respondents and interviews with 30 participants. Quantitative data were analyzed using structural equation modeling, while qualitative data were processed through content analysis. Results show that perceived ease of use, usefulness, reliability, value, and risk significantly affect user experience, while perceived security does not. These findings aim to help digital banks and e-commerce platforms design effective CRM strategies to enhance satisfaction and reuse intention.
This study aims to have a more diversified view of the online visibility through attempting to evaluate the effectiveness of various SEO strategies in placing on website in search engine result. This research involves 400 respondents where it checks how keywords as one of the SEO strategies affect website ranking as well as technical SEO and off-page strategies. The appropriateness of the relevant keyword, as the result shows, there is a significant connection with the website ranking, closely trailing the importance of technical SEO in positioning the website on the first page, exerting a pronounced impact. While off-page strategies are the third most dazzling one: a significant degree of its residence/impact on website ranking. This research is a significant contribution to the field of digital marketing and its literature as it delivers an in-depth understanding on the major factors that affects online visibility and website ranking.
This study examines the crucial role of digital marketing in promoting sustainable tourism in the villages of Bali. It adopts a mixed methods approach, using qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis. The qualitative data were obtained from semi-structured interviews with management teams who have experience in implementing digital marketing strategies for village tourism. The interviewees were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The quantitative data were gathered from questionnaires distributed to domestic tourists who visited the villages. The questionnaires measured the tourists’ perceptions of digital marketing as a tool for village tourism marketing. The study found that digital marketing plays a vital role in promoting tourism villages, as most tourists learned about the villages through online media. The study also identified five dimensions of digital marketing, namely website media, social media, search engines, email marketing, and online advertising, which have potential effects on the sustainability of tourism villages. The study conducted statistical tests to examine the effects of 20 indicators of digital marketing on village tourism marketing. The results showed that 16 indicators had a significant positive effect, while four indicators had no effect. These findings suggest that digital marketing is an effective way to market tourism villages and enhance their sustainability.
Polyurethane is a multipurpose polymer with valuable mechanical, thermal, and chemical stability, and countless other physical features. Polyurethanes can be processed as foam, elastomer, or fibers. This innovative overview is designed to uncover the present state and opportunities in the field of polyurethanes and their nanocomposite sponges. Special emphasis has been given to fundamentals of polyurethanes and foam materials, related nanocomposite categories, and associated properties and applications. According to literature so far, adding carbon nanoparticles such as graphene and carbon nanotube influenced cell structure, overall microstructure, electrical/thermal conductivity, mechanical/heat stability, of the resulting polyurethane nanocomposite foams. Such progressions enabled high tech applications in the fields such as electromagnetic interference shielding, shape memory, and biomedical materials, underscoring the need of integrating these macromolecular sponges on industrial level environmentally friendly designs. Future research must be intended to resolve key challenges related to manufacturing and applicability of polyurethane nanocomposite foams. In particular, material design optimization, invention of low price processing methods, appropriate choice of nanofiller type/contents, understanding and control of interfacial and structure-property interplay must be determined.
