Innovation in teaching models is a basic requirement of the Ministry of Education for schools. If a school wants to achieve development, it cannot adhere to traditional rigid teaching models. At the same time, innovating teaching models is also an important requirement for improving education and teaching effectiveness. Through innovation in teaching models, the inherent drawbacks of the current teaching model can be removed and the classroom teaching effect can be better played. The rapidly developing internet era provides unprecedented development opportunities for innovative teaching models. Schools should establish internet learning platforms to encourage students to actively and independently participate in online learning. This paper discusses the classroom teaching model in vocational colleges under the background of "Internet plus", and how it serves our daily teaching activities.

This study further explores women’s role in top management in Indonesia, where men still dominate that position. This study underlines the role of women’s boards of commissioners in producing better financial performance in the specific sectors, manufacturing and service sectors, where the power of women to lead these sectors is more optimal. The sample is selected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2009–2018. The final sample is 780 observations. This study applies panel data, which is more robust when controlling heterogeneity. Data panel regression is applied to analyze data. This study finds that gender diversity harms market-based performance, while from accounting-based measures, gender diversity has a significant positive effect. This study is applied explicitly in the manufacturing and services industrial sectors; therefore, carefully generalizing the results is necessary. Research in other specific sectors is very open to obtaining specific results in various industries, including developing countries other than Indonesia. The market has not trusted the role of women in top management; there is still a kind of ‘hidden distrust’ about the capabilities of women in running the top leadership captain. The market needs more substantial evidence to believe in women’s performance on the board of directors. Therefore, it is necessary to provide wider opportunities for women to sit on the board of commissioners, as much as men have.

To evaluate the efficiency of decision-making units, researchers continually develop models simulating the production process of organizations. This study formulates a network model integrating undesirable outputs to measure the efficiency of Vietnam’s banking industry. Employing methodologies from the data envelopment analysis (DEA) approach, the efficiency scores for these banks are subsequently computed and comparatively analyzed. The empirical results indicate that the incorporation of undesirable output variables in the efficiency evaluation model leads to significantly lower efficiency scores compared to the conventional DEA model. In practical terms, the study unveils a deterioration in the efficiency of banking operations in Vietnam during the post-Covid era, primarily attributed to deficiencies in credit risk management. These findings contribute to heightening awareness among bank managers regarding the pivotal importance of credit management activities.

Since the new era, the country has attached great importance to the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in universities. Starting from the major plan of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, General Secretary has elaborated on the requirements for the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has also clearly proposed the idea of "strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct, cultivating a high-quality teaching team, and advocating for the whole society to respect teachers and value education", Although significant achievements have been made in the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in China, there are still some problems that need to be solved in the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in universities. Therefore, this article focuses on analyzing the current situation of teacher ethics and professional conduct construction in universities and proposes targeted policy recommendations to promote the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in universities and help realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

It can also integrate the advantages of quality education and trinity education, and further provide new directions for the development of university teachers. Therefore, under the background of new era development, it is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of college teachers' team construction through Trinity education mode, and further realize the advantages of team construction and innovative development in the traditional team construction.

The study’s objectives are to investigate the relationships between earnings management, government ownership, and corporate performance in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region during the period 2017–2021, utilizing a dataset comprising 188 companies. It further explores the moderating role of government ownership in the association between earnings management and company performance. The study used the panel regression data analysis to investigate the relationship between the variables under the study. Employing linear regression and moderated linear regression, the research discerns notable patterns. The result shows a positive effect emerges between government ownership and corporate performance. Conversely, the result shows a negative association is observed between earnings management and corporate performance. Finally, the moderating role of government ownership in GCC countries is a good governance mechanism to mitigate the agency problem.
