Entering the era of knowledge economy, various academic researches are blossoming under the social environment of double creation, but looking at the disputes of intellectual property cases in recent years, most of them happen in the college students group, the reasons for this phenomenon can be summarized as the blurring of the intellectual property education program, the system is too traditional and conservative, and the teaching concept is thin and so on. In view of this phenomenon, the author proposes to cultivate the intellectual property education of university students in the mode of "three constructions", so as to stimulate the vigor of social innovation and provide theoretical support for the scientific and technological research of university students.

The construction of practical education bases in the construction of medical colleges in vocational colleges is an important way to meet the teaching requirements of medical courses and reflect the comprehensive practical education ability of vocational colleges. For medical students in vocational colleges, the improvement of practical ability is also an important way to continuously enhance and improve their professional and technical abilities. This article analyzes the construction of relevant training bases in the field of medical imaging, and explores the scientific methods for teaching and constructing traditional Chinese medicine imaging professional bases in vocational colleges through four typical paths: basic construction of practice bases, effective management of practice bases, targeted practical abilities, and professional skill training for cultivating teacher teams.

The emergence of modern new technology, 3D printing technology, has attracted the attention of various sectors of society and gradually has a widespread impact on the education industry. In the current teaching of "mechanical design", on the basis of understanding 3D printing technology, university teachers urgently need to think about how to reasonably introduce this technology to innovate the teaching mode of "mechanical design". In this regard, this article analyzes the current situation of the "Mechanical Design" major through the initial introduction of 3D printing, elaborates on the advantages of applying 3D printing technology in the "Mechanical Design" teaching mode, and puts forward application suggestions. It is hoped that this can promote the exploration of the educational philosophy of 3D printing in the "Mechanical Design" teaching mode.

The puzzles are pushing us to project implementation ways and strategies of thinking, to help children improve the level of awareness of health, to improve the attitude to personal hygiene and public health, the good habits of life and health, learning, health habit and the habit of physical exercise, cultivate children's health, happy, confident, studious, good quality.

Given the multifaceted nature of crime trends shaped by a range of social, economic, and demographic variables, grasping the fundamental drivers behind crime patterns is pivotal for crafting effective crime deterrence methodologies. This investigation adopted a systematic literature review technique to distill thirty key factors from a corpus of one hundred scholarly articles. Utilizing the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for diminishing dimensionality facilitated a nuanced understanding of the determinants deemed essential in influencing crime trends. The findings highlight the necessity of tackling issues such as inequality, educational deficits, poverty, unemployment, insufficient parental guidance, and peer influence in the realm of crime prevention efforts. Such knowledge empowers policymakers and law enforcement bodies to optimize resource allocation and roll out interventions grounded in empirical evidence, thereby fostering a safer and more secure societal environment.

The study examines the economic and social impacts of a Southeast Asian multinational company operating in the northwestern region of Hungary, with a particular focus on the local labor market and community responses. The research aims to explore the company’s location choice motivations, its integration process into the local economy, and its cooperation with the local government and communities. The research provides a comprehensive picture of the company’s impacts by employing qualitative and quantitative methodologies—including management interviews and household surveys. The findings indicate that the company has significantly increased employment, enhanced infrastructure, and promoted cultural diversity. However, challenges related to cultural integration persist. The study offers valuable guidance for policymakers and businesses on leveraging the economic benefits of foreign investments and fostering cultural cooperation. Future research could delve deeper into the long-term socio-economic impacts.
