Targeted Poverty Alleviation refers to the targeted funding work completed in the process of higher education development. However, at present, in the process of implementing the requirements of Targeted Poverty Alleviation in China's universities, some students' families are difficult to complete identification, and there are also some problems in the information management of the funders, which has seriously affected the funding for students with financial difficulties in their families during the period of higher education in China. With the rapid development and progress of Big data technology, through the establishment of a sound information technology system, we must help students actively change the funding model in the future and greatly improve the funding, which is of great significance to the development of university funding supervision and management.

With the continuous development and rapid progress of Internet technology, the technology of “Internet +” has been widely used in almost all walks of life, including education. The new learning mode of “Internet + education” is changing learners’ learning habits, and this learning mode has become a hot issue that scholars pay attention to. Although there is much research on blended learning, the research on the influencing factors of blended learning in Chinese private colleges and universities is limited. In this paper, the questionnaire was designed based on the theory of planning behavior and the technical acceptance model theory, and distribute these questionnaires to undergraduates at Harbin Cambridge University, a private university in China, and 162 valid questionnaires were collected. Analysis was performed by multiple linear regression and structural equation model method. It is found that college students’ blended learning effect is positively correlated with perceived usefulness, interactive behavior, and learning acceptance, while perceived ease of use and learning atmosphere have no significant influence on the learning effect. This study further found that perceived usefulness and interactive behavior can influence the effect of blended learning through the mediating effect of learning acceptance. The results of this study provide a new idea for the study of blended learning; that is, students will know how to improve the effectiveness of blended learning, and also provide a valuable reference for teachers to solve the problem of how to improve the quality and effectiveness of blended classroom teaching.
Climate change is occurring more quickly and has more complex effects than expected. The well-being of populations in general and financial resources have been impacted by climate change in recent years. Children, pregnant women and the elderly bear the brunt of the impacts caused by climate-related risks. This research aims to assess the perceptions of health personnel and clients on climate change as well as these impacts in the Greater Lomé health region in Togo. Furthermore, this research examines the differences between the perceptions of caregivers, patients and scientific observations in this area. Based on field observations, an interview guide and a questionnaire, the information collected shows that nearly 75.95% of those questioned perceived climate change, particularly in the form of an increase in precipitation concentrated on a cost duration causing floods and the scarcity of rain at the end of the year leading to droughts. More than 25.40% and 61.86% respectively perceive that droughts and floods impact their livelihoods, but do not fully understand the causes. The results are useful for planning useful actions to facilitate the management of climate-related risks in health establishments in the Greater Lomé health region. It is therefore important to carry out awareness campaigns, train stakeholders and take necessary measures to make health systems resilient.
As an important component of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, excellent traditional culture is not only the "cradle" of cultural origin, but also the foundation of advanced socialist culture and ideological and political guidance for students. In the new era, by means of new ideas and new methods, integrating fine traditional culture into the course of "Chinese Traditional Flower Arrangement Art" can not only promote the effectiveness and attractiveness of the Chinese traditional flower arrangement art course, but also promote the students' ideological level and recognition of excellent traditional culture, and help students improve their cultural awareness and national self-confidence. Based on this, this article explores the strategy research of integrating cultural confidence into the course of "Traditional Chinese Flower Arrangement Art".
Lean (also referred to as the Toyota Production System, TPS) is considered to be a radical alternative to the traditional method of mass production and batching principles for maximising operational efficiency, quality, speed and cost. Many hospitals inspired from lean manufacturing to develop their process. They had many improvements in their process. Hospitals reduced their patient waiting times, defects, wastes related to inventory, staff movement and patient transportation by implementing. This study utilizes scientometric and bibliometric tools to analyze visually the literature published in the field of medical lean manufacturing from 2009 to 2023. The relevant articles published from 2009 to 2023 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection, VOSviewer and R software were used for bibliometric analysis and visualization. The number of publications related to the research has been increasing year by year before 2021, and then showed a downward trend, including 418 articles from 64 countries and regions, 743 institutions, 198 journals, and 1766 authors. The United States, Italy, and England are the main publishing countries in this research field. The journal “International Journal of Lean Six Sigma” published the most papers (n = 21) about lean manufacturing in medicine, the author with the most publications is Teeling SP, and the most influential author is Improta G. The top three keywords are “Healthcare”, “Quality improvement” and “Management”. This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of lean manufacturing in medicine, which can help researchers understand the current research hotspots in this field, explore potential research directions, and identify future development trends.
