5G technology is transforming healthcare by enhancing precision, efficiency, and connectivity in diagnostics, treatments, and remote monitoring. Its integration with AI and IoT is set to revolutionize healthcare standards. This study aims to establish the state of the art in research on 5G technology and its impact on healthcare innovation. A systematic review of 79 papers from digital libraries such as IEEE Xplore, Scopus, Springer, ScienceDirect, and ResearchGate was conducted, covering publications from 2018 to 2024. Among the reviewed papers, China and India emerge as leaders in 5G health-related publications. Scopus, Springer Link, and IEEE Xplore house the majority of first-quartile (Q1) papers, whereas Science Direct and other sources show a higher proportion in the second quartile (Q2) and lower rankings. The predominance of Q1 papers in Scopus, Springer Link, and IEEE Xplore underscores these platforms’ influence and recognition, reflecting significant advancements in both practice and theory, and highlighting the expanding application of 5G technology in healthcare.
This study explored the relationships between green market orientation and competitive advantage, with a particular focus on the mediating role of green sustainable innovation. The research utilized a structured questionnaire to gather data from managers involved in environmental protection and professionals working in the manufacturing sectors of computers, electronics, optical products, and electrical equipment. The survey targeted respondents from key regions in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Qassim, and the Eastern Province, resulting in a total of 273 responses. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM), a robust statistical technique that allows for the examination of complex relationships between variables. The findings confirmed a mediational model where green sustainable innovation—comprising both green product and green process innovation—served as a critical intermediary linking green market orientation to competitive advantage. Furthermore, the study validated direct effects of green market orientation on both green sustainable innovation and competitive advantage. These results emphasize the dual pathways through which green market orientation influences business performance. The research concludes by offering actionable insights for Saudi managers, highlighting strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness through the adoption and implementation of green sustainable innovation practices.
Aims of this study clarify the intrinsic value of Galileo’s law of inertia, which holds significance in the history of science, and the process through which such law of inertia was formed, for educational purposes, and explores a possible conversion of this intrinsic value into an environmental ethical value. The research methodology is to establish a value schema and, through its application, to explore the changes in the active intrinsic value principle of Galileo’s law of inertia based on the history of science. This study derived the following results: First, Galileo professed the value he assigned and discovered as a complete experience to support heliocentrism. Second, he realized his personal religious ideal, or in other words, the ideal of life as a whole. Third, the overall process is to feel a comprehensive and integral expansion of the self. Above all, it shows that the principle of active intrinsic value based on Galileo’s experimental activities has changed and expanded throughout the history of science. One internalizes one’s faith in accordance with the activity-centered value. Only when combined with aesthetic experience does education make one ethical. As general school education does not necessarily guarantee ethics, we must lead our values education toward ecocentric ethics education, which highlights beauty. It shows that these active intrinsic values also extend to ethical values.
