With the faster pace of China’s opening to the outside world, the contacts between Chinese enterprises and Portuguese speaking countries are becoming more and more frequent. Under this trend, how to further improve the quality of Portuguese classroom teaching is related to the development of students, enterprises and the long-term development of the whole country. This paper mainly focuses on the two aspects of “the main problems existing in Portuguese classroom teaching” and “the improvement countermeasures of Portuguese classroom teaching”. Combined with the current situation of Portuguese teaching, this paper puts forward targeted reform measures, in order to further optimize the Portuguese teaching system, with “student development”, “enterprise development” and take “national development” as the ultimate goal to cultivate a large number of high-quality Portuguese talents to the society.
Nowadays, international exchanges are becoming more and more frequent in the world. As a global language, English can establish a communication bridge between different countries and nationalities, and its importance is obvious. Since 2001, China has gradually added English education to the curriculum plan of primary schools in various regions. Later, with the deepening of the industry’s understanding of English teaching, the education reform has also followed up. It can be said that the level of educators and educates is rising spirally. However, there are still many restrictive factors in the current situation of primary school students’ learning English, among which the more prominent factors are the strength of English teachers and the evaluation mechanism for students’ learning achievements.
Small and medium-sized enterprises as the main body of Chinese enterprises should be an important driving force for China's economic development. However, the problems of salary management faced by small and medium-sized enterprises are increasingly hindering their own survival and development. Whether it is standing on the position of the enterprise or the workers, the pay problem is that they are more concerned about the problem, while the remuneration is also an indispensable modern means of competition and incentives. Salary management is not only indispensable content of enterprise human resources, but also the establishment of modern enterprise system, and optimization of the allocation of social resources requirements. Enterprise salary management operation flexibility or not, directly affect the production and operation management, which will affect the long-term development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems of salary management in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), such as unreasonable pay system, lack of forward-looking management system, and so on, and analyzes and discusses their own countermeasures.
A geologic and geomorphologic study aimed at solving some geological and geotechnical problems, regarding the massive seepage of meteoric waters in the coastal cliffs of the Island of Procida (Naples Bay, Southern Italy) composed of both tuffs and loose pyroclastic deposits, has been carried out in the geosites of Terra Murata (Middle Ages village and coastal cliff towards the Corricella Bay) and Centane-Panoramica (coastal cliff facing on the Tyrrhenian Sea).
A detailed geologic and geomorphologic survey has allowed to suggest solutions to the applied geological and geotechnical problems related to the occurrence of massive seepages of waters at the physical interface between pyroclastic rocks and loose pyroclastic deposits, characterized by different density, permeability and porosity and also controlled by a dense network of fractures, involving the pyroclastic deposits cropping out in the selected areas.
Field sampling and geotechnical laboratory analyses have been carried out to calculate the values of main geotechnical parameters of the yellow tuffs cropping out at the Terra Murata Promontory. At the same time, a detailed monitoring of the seepages of waters has been carried out through a detailed geological survey of the tuff outcrops of the promontory. The obtained results have suggested a strong control from both the geomorphologic instability of the coastal cliff and tectonic setting. At the Centane-Panoramica geosite, the geological survey, coupled with geotechnical analyses and standard penetrometric tests, has accordingly evidenced that the geomorphologic instability was mainly concentrated in the sectors of the tuff coastal cliffs facing seawards towards the Tyrrhenian Sea.
There are several methods in the literature to find the fuzzy optimal solution of fully fuzzy linear programming (FFLP) problems. However, in all these methods, it is assumed that the product of two trapezoidal (triangular) fuzzy numbers will also be a trapezoidal (triangular) fuzzy number. Fan et al. (“Generalized fuzzy linear programming for decision making under uncertainty: Feasibility of fuzzy solutions and solving approach”, Information Sciences, Vol. 241, pp. 12–27, 2013) proposed a method for finding the fuzzy optimal solution of FFLP problems without considering this assumption. In this paper, it is shown that the method proposed by Fan et al. (2013) suffer from errors and to overcome these errors, a new method (named as Mehar method) is proposed for solving FFLP problems by modifying the method proposed by Fan et al. (2013) . To illustrate the proposed method, some numerical problems are solved.
Control of key technological and benchmark flows of polymer fluids poses a number of challenges. Some of them are nowadays under active investigation and rather far from complete understanding. This review considers such phenomena as both practically important and governed by fundamental laws of rheology and non-linear fluid mechanics. We observe, shear bands in polymeric and other complex structured fluids (like wormlike micellar solutions or soft glassy materials), birefrigerent strands, peculiarities of stress and pressure losses in fluids moving through complex shape domains. These and other processes involve inhomogeneity, instabilities and transient modes creeping in flow fields. In practical aspect this is of interest in such industrial process as polymer flooding for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), where a flow inhomogeneity affects a polymer solution injectivity and residual oil saturation. The value of viscoelasticity in the polymer flooding is estimated. The observation is concluded by some new results on relation between polymer concentration in solutions and viscoelastic traits of benchmark flows.
