Human resources (HR) analytics is garnering increasing interest each year and is set to play a pivotal role in the development of human resources. In the present era, numerous companies are harnessing the power of analytics to gain a competitive advantage by comprehending all the vital aspects of their workforce by enhancing employee retention through leveraging HR analytics to inform strategic HR choices. Many companies are now incorporating analytical tools into their HR function as a fact-based approach to develop relevant strategies and make informed decisions in managing their workforce more effectively. However, HR faces several challenges in implementing data analytics. Talent management commonly utilizes data analytics to enhance employee engagement, including retention rates, recruitment, job satisfaction, and happiness. This paper discusses the adoption of HR data analytics to enhance employee retention in the workplace. This study delves into the significance of HR data analytics in the realm of employee retention, aiming to assess the efficacy of data-driven decisions. A thorough examination of scholarly publications was undertaken, encompassing both indexed and non-indexed papers sourced from reputable electronic databases to gain insights into the present understanding of HR analytics and its influence on employee retention. The discussion uncovers that HR analytics has a noteworthy impact on improving employee retention in the workplace.

Metal organic framework is a class of hybrid network of supramolecular solid materials comprised of a large number of inorganic and organic linkers all bounded to metal ions in a well-organized fashion. This type of compounds possess a greater surface area with an advantage of changing pore sizes, diversified and beautiful structure which withdrew an intense interest in this field. In the present review articles, the structural aspects, classification, methods of synthesis, various factors affecting the synthesis and stability, properties and applications have been discussed. Recent advances in the field and new directions to explore the future scope and applications of MOFs have been incorporated in this article to provide current status of the field.

Building upon the cognition-affect-behavior model, this research aims to investigate the effect of greenwashing on consumers purchase intentions by testing the mediating effect of perceived betrayal and the moderating effect of brand loyalty. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 339 Chinese consumers involved in the fashion industry. AMOS 24 was employed to test the fitness of the proposed model, and the proposed hypotheses were tested through hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results indicate that greenwashing has a negative impact on consumer purchase intentions, with perceived betrayal partially mediating this relationship. Additionally, the findings show that brand loyalty can mitigate the adverse effects of greenwashing on consumer purchase intentions. The findings of this study enhance the existing knowledge on the relationship between greenwashing and consumer purchase intentions, particularly in the fashion industry, and have significant practical implications for companies in this sector aiming to increase consumer purchase intentions.

Sustainable development has emerged as a global imperative, with the rapid adoption of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework reflecting this trend. In the context of digital transformation, this study aims to investigate the impact of ESG performance on corporate value, while also examining the moderating and mediating roles of digital transformation and green innovation within this relationship. Utilizing annual data from A-share listed companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) spanning the years 2018 to 2022, this research encompasses a total of 17,940 observations. Given China’s commitment to sustainable, high-quality development, this study underscores the critical importance of advancing ESG principles alongside corporate digital transformation. Empirical analysis reveals that ESG performance significantly enhances firm value, with digital transformation serving as a positive moderator that amplifies the impact of ESG performance on firm value primarily through the enhancement of firms’ green technology innovation capabilities. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the interaction between ESG initiatives and firm value, particularly amidst ongoing digital advancements. Consequently, this paper recommends that governments enhance corporate ESG performance through a combination of incentive and penalty mechanisms, establish a comprehensive ESG rating system, and optimize the policy framework for digital transformation. Moreover, enterprises should foster awareness of green innovation, refine their governance structures, accelerate digital transformation efforts, and promote the application of digital technologies and information sharing across various domains to achieve sustainable development and enhance competitiveness.
