Today, diffusion-weighted MRI is an important, complementary sequence in an MRI of the abdomen, especially in oncological questions, but also in inflammatory diseases. The following paper deals with the technical basics and shows typical indications and findings as well as the value of the method in the diagnosis of parenchymatous upper abdominal organs and the gastrointestinal tract.

In the context of establishing businesses in a new region, neglecting environmental orientation may lead to the omission of crucial motives for entrepreneurs’ migration and the subsequent course of their businesses. This present study aims to investigate the effect of green space quality (GSQ), green campaign (GC), and green attitude (GA) on green entrepreneurship pioneering intention (GEPI). Further, national pride (NP) was added as a moderator. This study utilized a cross-sectional approach using a survey method targeting small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners who will be relocated to the new capital city. Partial least square structural equation modeling was employed in the data analysis. The results revealed that GSQ, GC, and GA positively influence GEPI. Also, NP moderates the positive influences of GC and GA on GEPI. Entrepreneurs were motivated to pioneer green entrepreneurship in the new region due to environmental factors. Furthermore, their nationalism reinforces the connection between environmental motivations and the aspirations to undertake such pioneering endeavors. The findings present valuable insights for governments to formulate policies that encourage entrepreneurs to migrate internally and establish new economic nodes. Further, the results demonstrate how nationalism encourages green business pioneering endeavors in an untapped market.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the strategic orientations of organizations have an impact on the resilience levels of employees in the digitalized world. The sample for this research is based on the convenience sampling method. In this study, the sub-factors of strategic orientation, namely innovation, technological orientation, customer focus, and competitor focus, are examined, and their potential effects on resilience are analyzed. Our research emphasizes the importance of psychological resilience in organizations that undergo continuous changes due to the impact of digital transformation, as it enhances employee performance and has positive implications for firms. The field study associated with this research was conducted on 316 individuals working in the service sector in the context of Turkey. The data collected for the research were analyzed using SPSS 25 software. The research findings indicate that the components of strategic orientation have an impact on the levels of psychological resilience.

The work is devoted to the numerical solution of the initial boundary value problem for the heat equation with a fractional Riesz derivative. Explicit and implicit difference schemes are constructed that approximate the boundary value problem for the heat equation with a fractional Riesz derivative with respect to the coordinate. In the case of an explicit difference scheme, a condition is obtained for the time step at which the difference scheme converges. For an implicit difference scheme, a theorem on unconditional convergence is proved. An example of a numerical calculation using an implicit difference scheme is given. It has been established that when passing to a fractional derivative, the process of heat propagation slows down.

The focus of the article is the evaluation of the interaction between regional state bodies and business structures in Kazakhstan, specifically in terms of the development of public-private partnerships. The purpose of the research is to enhance the understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of the mechanism of interaction between the state and business structures. Through an examination of the various structural components of the partnership development strategy, the study aims to identify the elements of the mechanism for the implementation of the state and business development strategy. Additionally, the research seeks to establish the correlation between the outcomes of the joint entrepreneurship mechanism and the criteria used to evaluate the performance of regional state bodies. To assess the effectiveness of the interaction between business and government at the regional level in Kazakhstan, a survey-based evaluation was conducted to measure the satisfaction levels of public utilities, entrepreneurs, and businesses with the activities of local authorities. The survey also evaluated the degree of corruption among local authorities. A matrix of interaction between business and government was created, and various models and algorithms for the interaction between government representatives and business structures were studied. The research findings highlight the importance of enhancing the collaboration between the state and the business sector, promoting the implementation of public-private partnerships, and establishing social partnerships to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
