This study critically examines the multifaceted dynamics of foreign employee integration within the Czech Republic, with a specific focus on the Mladá Boleslav region. Conducted prior to the Ukrainian crisis, this research serves as a crucial baseline for understanding integration in a pre-crisis context and provides comparative insights into the evolving challenges and opportunities amid the subsequent migration movements. The study explores various aspects of integration and inclusion, drawing upon migration theories, economic factors, and sociological perspectives to understand the motivators and challenges faced by foreigners, particularly in light of the majority society’s perception, which often leans towards skepticism and negativity. The research methodology builds on grounded theory and integrates both quantitative and qualitative approaches, utilizing surveys and semi-structured interviews to explore the experiences of foreign nationals, with an emphasis on immigrant women. A key finding of the study is the significant role of employers in facilitating integration. The paper discusses how businesses, through inclusive policies and practices, can profoundly influence the integration experience. Cooperation between employers, local integration centers, and other relevant organizations emerges as vital, providing additional resources and support systems to enhance the integration process. The study concludes by emphasizing the critical role of various stakeholders, particularly employers, in shaping sustainable human resources practices that foster a more inclusive and harmonious society.
Lianghuai Mining Area is one of the 13 large coal bases in China. It is an important coal and coal production base in China. Mine water inrush accidents occur frequently, resulting in economic and human resource losses, reflecting the importance of the study of hydrogeology in mining areas. In this paper, the hydrogeological conditions of Bozhou and Huainan Panxie mine are analyzed, and the similarities and differences between the hydrogeological conditions of the two mines are summarized. The shallow pore water group in the Bozhou area is composed of the Quaternary system of the Quaternary system (Q4d) and the upper part of the upper part of the Mao Tong group (Q3m). The lithology of the aquifer is silt, silt and fine sand. The shallow pore water group of the Panxian Pancho Formation in Huainan is composed of the Upper Pleistocene of the Quaternary system and the Holocene strata. The lithology is mainly composed of fine sand. The main sources of shallow pore water supply in the two areas are precipitation infiltration, mainly for evaporation, lateral runoff, artificial mining and deep flow and discharge to the river.
The market demand for uniformity and productivity of commercial carrot roots has prioritized hybrid materials over open-pollinated varieties. In this sense, the objective of this work was to estimate the combining ability of carrot genitors for root productivity and resistance to leaf scorch. The experiments were conducted in Gama, DF, in the agricultural years 2012/13 and 2013/14. We evaluated 33 carrot hybrids, originated from crosses between three male-sterile populations, with 11 male-fertile S2 lines, all the genitors being of tropical origin. At 90 days after sowing, the severity of the leaf blight disease was estimated in the plots. At 100 days after sowing, harvesting was performed and root yield characters were evaluated. Analysis of variance and partial diallel analysis were performed for each year and jointly for both years. It was found that additive and non-additive genes are important in the manifestation of root yield and leaf blight resistance traits in carrot hybrids. The male-sterile parents with higher overall combining ability for root productivity are strains LM-649 and LM-650 and, among the male-fertile, strain LM-555-2-2. The best hybrids for root yield and leaf blight resistance are LM-649 × LM-555-11-1, LM-650 × LM-555-7-1 and LM-650 × LM-554-8-1.
Ebola virus is a potent infectious disease virus that can cause Ebola haemorrhagic fever caused by human and primate. It has high mortality and easy infectivity to form a great obstacle to the steady development of human society. The profound understanding of the virus is particularly important harm. In this paper, a number of mathematical models are established to solve this problem. The software is used to analyze and predict the propagation of Ebola virus. The residual analysis is used to test the model. Finally, the effects of various control measures on controlling the epidemic are analyzed. In order to solve the problem, we will establish the infectious disease model to dynamically describe the spread of the virus in the 'virtual orangutan population'. Considering that the latent population is analyzed in this question, we will improve the model. Join the latent group (), and the migrants are divided into self-healing () and the dead (), to establish a suitable solution to this problem model. According to the relevant data given in the title, differential equations were established. For the second question, this question involves the one-way transmission of the virus across the species, so we can improve the model, on the basis of human contact with orangutans infected groups, the establishment of a one-way model to solve this problem. On the basis of the problem one, the differential equation is established, the model is predicted and tested. In the case of question 3, the number of human susceptible groups is much higher than that of the orangutan infection group by comparing the relevant data with the increase of the cure rate to 80% after the intervention of the outside experts. Therefore, the original data of human populations from experts can be ignored. Since then the virus spreads within a single species, the differential equation can be established according to the model in question 1 and the data values in the virtual human population are predicted. For question 4, the effect of the measures such as the strict enforcement of the various epidemic control measures and the improvement of the drug effect on the control of the epidemic are analyzed by comparing the above-mentioned models with the control measures.
