The construction of researcher profiles is crucial for modern research management and talent assessment. Given the decentralized nature of researcher information and evaluation challenges, we propose a profile system for Chinese researchers based on unsupervised machine learning and algorithms. This system builds comprehensive profiles based on researchers’ basic and behavior information dimensions. It employs Selenium and Web Crawler for real-time data retrieval from academic platforms, utilizes TF-IDF and BERT for expertise recognition, DTM for academic dynamics, and K-means clustering for profiling. The experimental results demonstrate that these methods are capable of more accurately mining the academic expertise of researchers and performing domain clustering scoring, thereby providing a scientific basis for the selection and academic evaluation of research talents. This interactive analysis system aims to provide an intuitive platform for profile construction and analysis.
The purpose of this study is to analyze issues related to the use of green technology and to provide a theoretical basis for how the application of green technology in agriculture can reduce inequality. Additionally, the study aims to explore policy alternatives based on the analysis of inequality reduction issues through farmer surveys. For this purpose, this study used survey data to analyze farmers’ perceptions, acceptance status, willingness to accept green technology, and perceptions of inequality. The quantitative analysis was performed to analyze the relationship between the acceptance of green technology and perceptions of inequality. The results confirmed that access to information, perception of climate change, and awareness of the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions are major factors. In particular, the higher the satisfaction with policies regarding the introduction of green technology, the lower the perception of inequality. Specifically, the acceptance of green technology showed a significant positive correlation with access to information, perception of climate change, and awareness of the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, while perceptions of inequality showed a significant negative correlation with policy satisfaction. In conclusion, green technology in agriculture is vital for reducing climate change damage and inequality. However, targeted policy support for small-scale farmers is essential for successful adoption. This study provides policy implications related to the application of green technology in the agricultural sector, which can promote sustainable agricultural development.
A professional team of kindergarten teachers can guarantee the high-quality development of preschool education. In the process of professional development of kindergarten teachers, their professional development in different dimensions can usually be manifested in educational practice, which is related to the quality of kindergarten education and the development of children. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the current situation of the professional development of teachers in public kindergartens, points out the problems existing in the professional development of teachers, and hopes to promote kindergarten teachers to continuously improve their professional abilities and realize the sustainable development of the education team by exploring the path of professional development and training of teachers.
Exploring the development path of badminton with Chinese characteristics is a key area in advancing the reform of China’s sports system and a crucial theoretical support for transitioning from a sports power to a sports powerhouse. This article reviews the overall situation of the development of badminton in China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and based on this, puts forward the basic connotations and directions of the development path of badminton with Chinese characteristics. It discusses the opportunities and challenges faced in aspects such as badminton management system and mechanism, accelerated optimization and upgrading of sports industry and brands, substantial breakthroughs in competitive level, cultivation of reserve talents, and diversified development of sports culture. It explores the future direction of the development path of badminton with Chinese characteristics from five aspects: system, management, talent, industry, and culture.
Background: Digital transformation in the sports industry has become increasingly crucial for sustainable development, yet comprehensive empirical evidence on policy effectiveness and risk management remains limited. Purpose: This study investigates the impact of policy support and risk factors on digital transformation in sports companies, examining heterogeneous effects across different firm characteristics and regional contexts. Methods: Using panel data from 168 sports companies listed on China's A-shares markets and the New Third Board from 2019 to 2023, this study employs multiple regression analyses, including baseline models, instrumental variables estimation, and robustness tests. The digital transformation level is measured through a composite index incorporating digital infrastructure, capability, and innovation dimensions. Results: The findings reveal that policy support significantly enhances digital transformation levels (coefficient = 0.238, p < 0.01), while financial risks demonstrate the strongest negative impact (−0.162, p < 0.01). Large firms and state-owned enterprises show stronger responses to policy support (0.312 and 0.278, respectively, p < 0.01). Regional development levels significantly moderate the effectiveness of policy implementation. Conclusions: The study provides empirical evidence for the differential effects of policy support and risk factors on digital transformation across various firm characteristics. The findings suggest the need for differentiated policy approaches considering firm size, ownership structure, and regional development levels. Implications: Policy makers should develop targeted support mechanisms addressing specific challenges faced by different types of firms, while considering regional disparities in digital transformation capabilities.
