This study investigates how digital transformation influences employee relations in Chinese A-share listed companies and whether corporate cultural fit strengthens this relationship. Drawing on survey data from 482 valid employee questionnaires, we operationalize digital transformation, employee relations, and cultural fit as mean-based composite indices and assess measurement quality through reliability (Cronbach’s α, CR) and validity tests (EFA, CFA, AVE, Fornell–Larcker). Hierarchical OLS regression results show that digital transformation is positively associated with employee relations (b = 0.58, p < 0.001). Cultural fit also has a significant positive effect (b = 0.59, p < 0.001) and moderates the main relationship: the interaction term is positive and significant (b = 0.21, p = 0.001), indicating that the effect of digital transformation on employee relations is stronger under high cultural fit. Simple slope analysis further confirms this pattern (high-fit β = 0.68 vs. low-fit β = 0.32). The findings highlight that digital transformation improves employee relations not only through technology adoption but also through culturally supported change processes, offering practical guidance for integrating digital initiatives with human-centered management.

Digital literacy refers to the collection of skills and abilities that individuals in the digital society should possess for learning, working, and daily life. These skills include digital awareness, computational thinking, digital learning and innovation, and digital social responsibility. Enhancing the digital literacy of citizens is a crucial step in improving individuals’ social adaptability and competitiveness, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of our society. However, the emergence of social inequality has given rise to a significant challenge known as the digital gender divide, hindering women’s full and effective participation in the digital domain and their comprehensive development. The digital gender divide, which is no longer an invisible issue in today’s society, encompasses issues such as unequal access to digital resources, distorted gender identity constructions, and the sense of insecurity that women often experience in digital spaces. These issues require focused attentions and solutions. This study uses real-life cases to explore the development of gender-inclusive perspectives in digital literacy education. The findings of the study hold the potential to foster gender equality in education by promoting inclusivity, increasing women’s participation, and fortifying digital security. By doing so, this approach will empower women for exceptional growth in the digital era, marking a substantial step towards a more equitable and secure digital society.

In this paper, we begin with a review of animal and human experiments on the carcinogenicity of aspartame, and then draw out the “seemingly contradictory” conclusions of two internationally renowned organizations, in order to arrive at a unanimous conclusion on the carcinogenicity of aspartame. Secondly, with the analysis of the in vivo reaction of aspartame, we analyze the criteria of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) for classifying the carcinogenicity grade of substances in order to dispel people’s meaningless fears. Thirdly, based on the discussion of the carcinogenicity of aspartame, we reflect on the current problems in higher chemistry education. Finally, we will give rational advice on how to deal with aspartame in light of the lack of empirical studies.

Sensor and testing technology is a key link to cultivate students’ logical thinking and practical ability, which plays an irreplaceable role in quality education. This paper takes the course of “sensor technology” as a breakthrough point, from the standpoint of teaching reform, the professional training requirements and traditional teaching methods are analyzed, and it is elaborated, and the specific reform is carried out, in order to provide some reference for the relevant education personnel, so as to build a more modern, more effective classroom.
