The main objective of this study is to identify the impact of trust on the construction of corporate value in commerce and services microbusinesses. This work is based on identifying the challenges faced by SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises), which are conditioned by the type of business and the regulatory and incentive variables that exist in the territory, affecting their permanence and stability in the market and their financial and commercial development. A local study is carried out in Bogotá, Colombia, through a descriptive research project, using a quantitative analysis method (SPSS) to process data obtained from local microbusinesses. As a result, it was observed that trust has a discrete impact on the creation of corporate value, which is created from the use of ICT (Information and Communication Technology). This leads to the recognition that it is necessary to strengthen horizontal networks with suppliers, clients, and similar businesses, as well as vertical networks with entities and public associations, to generate lasting and strong links that increase the competitiveness of these business units in the face of exogenous risks shaped by the social, economic, and cultural characteristics of the territory, which are increasingly conditioned to the use of communication technology.
In the highly competitive employment environment, most college students have left their jobs for a short time after employment, and attention should be paid to students’ career adaptation. However, the further influence of skilled goal orientation, social support and career-determined self-efficacy on college students’ career adaptation needs to be confirmed. This study analyzes the effects of these factors on college students’ career adaptation. This study aims to analyze the impact of mastery goal orientation, social support, and vocational decision self-efficacy on career adaptation among 224 university students in East China. The results indicated that university students generally exhibit positive levels of mastery goal orientation, social support, vocational decision self-efficacy, and overall career adaptation. Female students demonstrate higher levels of mastery goal orientation, social support, vocational decision self-efficacy, and career adaptation compared to male students. As students progress in their academic years, their levels of mastery goal orientation, social support, vocational decision self-efficacy, and career adaptation tend to increase. Students majoring in humanities and social sciences have higher level than students majoring in science and engineering in all factors. Students majoring in humanities and social sciences exhibit more optimism in all factors compared to students in science and technology fields. The relationships among these factors show positive correlations. Mastery goal orientation, social support, and vocational decision self-efficacy all have positive effects on career adaptation. Among these, family support stands out as the most influential subordinate factor of social support on career adaptation. The most influential subordinate factor of vocational decision self-efficacy on career adaptation is conscious decision-making. Therefore, male, lower grade, science and engineering college students are the groups that need to be paid attention to in improving career adaptation. Skilled goal orientation, family support and conscious decision making have a better effect on the improvement of career adaptation. These results can provide important reference information for universities, counselors and college students in the training of career planning, and theoretically enrich the relevant research on college students’ career adaptation, and provide certain enlightenment for future researchers.
Poverty, and especially the widening disparity between the rich and the poor, leads to social unrest that can interrupt the harmonious development of human society. Understanding the reasons for income inequality, and supporting the development of an effective strategy to reduce this inequality, have been major goals in socioeconomic research around the world. To identify the determinants of the income gap, we calculated the Gini coefficients for Chinese provinces and performed regression analysis and contribution analysis for heterogeneity, using data from 30 Chinese provinces from 2002 to 2018. We found that urbanization, higher education, and foreign direct investment in eastern China and energy in central and western China were important factors that increased the Gini coefficient (i.e., decreased equality). Therefore, paying more attention to the fair distribution of the factors that can increase the Gini coefficient and investing more in the factors that can reduce the Gini coefficient will be the keys to narrowing the income gap. Our approach revealed factors that should be targeted for solutions both in China and in other developing countries that are facing similar difficulties, although the details will vary among countries and contexts.
This paper aims to provide a comprehensive view of the E-Government Development Index analysis in Southeast Asia. Through a review of the results of an annual survey of 192 United Nations (UN) member states, the study identified 11 countries with the E-Government Development Index in Southeast Asia. The findings in this study revealed that the E-Government Development Index (EGDI) in Southeast Asian countries displays different levels of development. Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei are the countries in the region with the highest EGDI scores. Singapore leads the area with a high EGDI score. These countries have effectively implemented advanced e-government services, such as online public services, digital infrastructure, and e-participation, which have greatly improved the quality of life of their citizens and the efficiency of their government function. On the other hand, countries such as Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar lag in their e-government development as a result of factors such as limited Internet access, inadequate digital infrastructure, and low levels of digital literacy among the populations of these countries. In addition, some moderate progress has been made in the development of e-government in mid-level countries, such as Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. These countries continue to improve their digital infrastructure and enhance their e-service offerings to close the digital divide. Overall, EGDI in Southeast Asia reflects different levels of digital transformation in the region, with each country facing its distinct set of difficulties and opportunities when it comes to leveraging technology for better governance and public service delivery.
This study, through the method of canonical correlation analysis, revealed significant correlations between various dimensions of learning attitudes of students and various dimensions of teacher knowledge. An analysis of data from a group of 221 high school students showed that teacher knowledge of teaching content, theoretical knowledge, and teaching practice and classroom management significantly impact learning attitudes of students. Specifically, teacher knowledge of teaching content plays a crucial role in promoting students’ behavioral inclination to learn chemistry, teachers’ theoretical knowledge significantly enhances students’ liking for chemistry laboratory courses, while teachers’ teaching practice and classroom management have a suppressive effect on students’ evaluative beliefs about school chemistry. The results of this study provide effective guidance for both the theory and practice of high school chemistry education.
Lithospermum extract from Lithospermum is a kind of naphthoquinone, which has good anti-ultraviolet and anti-bacterial function. In this paper, the effects of different treatment temperature, time and ratio of liquid to liquid on the UV resistance of Lithospermum erythrorhizon extract were studied. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 60 ℃, extraction time 2 h, ratio of liquid to liquid of Lithospermum and ethanol 1:11. In this paper, the anti-UV finishing of cotton fabric was carried out, and the anti-ultraviolet and whiteness of the fabric were taken as the main indexes. The optimum process of the anti-UV finishing was as follows: the impregnation temperature was 70 ℃, the immersion time was 2h, 1:40. Compared with the uncoated cotton fabric, the fabric UPF value of the fabric was improved from 12.31 to 83.25, and the anti-ultraviolet performance was excellent, and it had certain bacteriostatic effect on Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli.
