The concept of output-oriented education has been introduced for many years in our country and has been widely used in the process of personnel training in Chinese universities. This paper discusses how the concept of Outcome Based Education can be fully integrated into the process of developing talents in an interdisciplinary and collaborative manner in the context of new engineering. We have made useful explorations in various aspects from curriculum system integration, online teaching resources construction, studio-style course organization mode, rich teaching project library to school-enterprise cooperation project practice, etc., which have improved students' learning effect.
The urgency of implementing sharia economics and a green economy is in the same spirit as the efforts made by the international community to promote sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of Islamic economics in realizing sustainable, green economic development. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach through literature study and content analysis methods. The results of this study state that the concept of sharia economics, when implemented wisely by human resources as khalifah on earth based on the Qur’an and Hadith and following Islamic law, including hifdzhu al-din, hifzhu al-nafs, hifzhu al-aql, hifzhu al-nasl, and hifzhu al-maal, will realize the goal of sustainable green economic ideas. Maqashid sharia-based views have a complex mindset, considering not only environmental aspects but also moral, financial, and hereditary aspects.
This study investigates the impact of digital payment infrastructure accessibility on the social influence of microenterprises in Barranquilla, Colombia, while examining the mediating roles of financial inclusion, digital literacy, social support networks, and collaboration with social innovation initiatives. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the study analyzes data from a sample of 25 microenterprises operating in various sectors. The findings, based on statistical techniques such as multiple regression, path analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM), provide strong evidence for the positive influence of digital payment infrastructure accessibility on the social relationship of microenterprises. The results also highlight the crucial roles played by financial inclusion and social support networks in mediating this relationship. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on the factors driving the social effect of microenterprises and offers valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to foster inclusive economic development in the region. The findings suggest that investing in the development and expansion of digital payment systems, alongside efforts to promote financial inclusion and strengthen social support networks, can have far-reaching benefits for microenterprises and their communities.
The development of the personal innovative competences in workers is of capital importance for the competitiveness of organizations, where the ability of the employees must respond in an innovative way to diverse situations that arise in specific contexts. Considering this, the question arises: How do innovative employees' competences affect the sustainable development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)? Therefore, the objective of this work is to present a multi-criteria method based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP), to relate innovative personal competences and the sustainable development of MSMEs. An instrument was applied to groups of experts from 31 Ecuadorian fruit-exporting MSMEs, to develop a multi-criteria decisional network that allowed identifying the innovative personal abilities that have the greatest impact on the sustainable development of these organizations. The results demonstrate the relevance of the elements of innovative personal competencies, with a cumulative participation of 39.15%, Sustainable Export Development with 32.18% and Improvements with 28.66%. It also presents three types of analysis: i) Global to establish the weight of each variable; ii) Influences, to establish solid cause-effect relationships between the variables and iii) Integrated. The most relevant innovative personal competences for sustainable development and improvements for exporting SMEs are teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity within the international context.
