Based on instructional practice in badminton course teaching, this study expands the application of goal-directed behavior theory from management studies in the field of physical education, thereby supplementing the existing conditions for applying goal-directed behavior theory in the sports domain. Empirical evidence confirms that proactive college students, through the reconstruction of the badminton knowledge system, implementation of innovative teaching methods, and utilization of multidimensional assessment approaches, can effectively acquire proficient skills in major badminton techniques within a 32-hour instructional period. This accomplishment not only achieves the intended teaching objectives but also resolves the issue of students struggling to comprehend and acquire badminton techniques within a limited timeframe.
Training is an important content of enterprise human resource management, which is a purposeful, planned and step-by-step learning, its goal is to enable managers to master specific professional knowledge, working methods, skills, and improve their working attitudes and values, so that the potential of managers can be fully exerted, so that the performance of individuals and enterprises can be improved, and promote the development of individuals and organizations. For grassroots managers, as the front-line managers of the enterprise, about 60% of their employees are directly managed by them. One of the important bases for leaders to support training is the training program, how to write an attractive training program is a mandatory topic for every human resource management, this article will be from the training theme extraction, program logic concept, training safeguard measures several aspects to discuss, in order to enlighten the reader.
Objective To understand the status quo of problem behavior of children in Henan Province, and to explore the applicability of the Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire (PSQ) norm test in 3-6 years old children. Methods A total of 775 children aged 3-6 years old in Henan Province were selected to measure their problem behavior by using PSQ. The difference and consistency of the detection rate of Chinese and American norms were analyzed, and the difference between the average score of problem behavior of children in Henan Province and the average score of each factor of the two norms was studied. Results (1) The impulsive-hyperactivity index of boys was significantly higher than that of girls; Children's learning problems show a significant age difference, and the older the children, the higher the score of learning problems; Non-only children show more impulsive-hyperactivity, hyperactivity problems than only children. (2) There are significant differences between the Chinese norm and the American norm in the detection rates of learning problems, impulsive-hyperactivity, anxiety and hyperactivity index. (3) The PSQ scores of children in Henan Province were significantly different from most factors of Chinese and American norm PSQ. Conclusion There are differences in the problem behavior of young children in Henan Province in terms of gender, age, and whether they are only children. The consistency of Chinese and American PSQ norms is poor, and they are no longer applicable to young children in contemporary Henan Province.
The Three Kingdoms period of ancient China (208-280 AD) refers to the period between Eastern Han (25–220 AD) and Jin dynasties (266–420), during which China was divided into Shu (221-263 AD), Wei (220-266 AD) and Wu (222-280 AD) kingdoms, and then united as Jin dynasty. This paper constructs the quarterly series of alliance structures between the Three Kingdoms. By collecting and analyzing a total of two hundred and eighty-nine quarterly observations, the paper shows that the three most frequent alliance structures are ρ0: 1) the finest partition or no-alliance structure with 192 partitions; 2) Three partitions with Shu-Jin alliance and Wu singletion with 57 partions; 3) Wei-Wu alliance and one singletion Shu with 12 partions. It also shows that the observed changes in alliance structures were the consequence of a total of fifteen major battles fought by the three kingdoms. Such results serve as a contribution to the studies of applied game theory, alliance study, and the economic and military histories in ancient China.
The quality of preschool education is related to the stability of the early childhood teaching force. With the help of qualitative research methods, the study analyzed the data of eight teachers who left the profession and explored the process of teachers leaving the profession, and found that the encounter between "settling down" and "professional feelings", the struggle for transformation between "professional feelings" and "the situation", and the struggle for transformation between "settling down" and "the situation" are all related to the stability of the early childhood education workforce. It was found that the encounter and tug-of-war between "settling down" and "professional feelings", the struggle for transformation between "professional feelings" and "the situation", and the rational weighing between "settling down" and "the situation" are the important factors affecting the departure from the profession. The essence is the tension between "teachers as human beings" and "human beings as teachers". Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the unity of "person" and "teacher", and to alleviate the problem of teachers leaving the organization by creating a fair, democratic and professional working atmosphere and strengthening the awareness of professional education.
Fire hazard is often mapped as a static conditional probability of fire characteristics’ occurrence. We developed a dynamic product for operational risk management to forecast the probability of occurrence of fire radiative power in the locally possible near-maximum fire intensity range. We applied standard machine learning techniques to remotely sensed data. We used a block maxima approach to sample the most extreme fire radiative power (FRP) MODIS retrievals in free-burning fuels for each fire season between 2001 and 2020 and associated weather, fuel, and topography features in northwestern south America. We used the random forest algorithm for both classification and regression, implementing the backward stepwise repression procedure. We solved the classification problem predicting the probability of occurrence of near-maximum wildfire intensity with 75% recall out-of-sample in ten annual test sets running time series cross validation, and 77% recall and 85% ROC-AUC out-of-sample in a twenty-fold cross-validation to gauge a realistic expectation of model performance in production. We solved the regression problem predicting FRP with 86% r2 in-sample, but out-of-sample performance was unsatisfactory. Our model predicts well fatal and near-fatal incidents reported in Peru and Colombia out-of-sample in mountainous areas and unimodal fire regimes, the signal decays in bimodal fire regimes.
