The purpose of this study was to investigate the published literature on human resource management and school performance from January 2012 to December 2022. Numerous literature evaluations have been conducted on human resource management and organizational performance, but school or teacher performance has received less attention than organizational performance. The PICOC (population, intervention, comparison, outcome, and context) technique is integrated into each stage of the PSALSAR framework to assure the study’s objective and comparability. This in-depth research is conducted in three stages: identifying pertinent keywords, screening pertinent papers, and selecting pertinent publications for review utilizing the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Mata Analysis) technique. This made a final database with 44 publications that met the study’s requirements for inclusion. This study reveals that HRM practices and school performance are correlated. The results of the research identify the eight most essential HRM practices for improving school performance, which included planning, organizing, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, employee relations and involvement, reward and compensation, health, safety, and work-life balance. Leadership style, motivation, satisfaction, productivity and task performance, competency, culture and climate, empowerment, and commitment were among the performance-influencing elements.
The main objective of the study was to examine factors that influence employee performance in general and, more specifically, in public enterprises. The research approach was qualitative, with an in-depth literature review and content analysis. The findings of the study reflect that some factors have a positive and some have a negative influence on employee performance. The study also shows a significant relationship between factors and employee performance, which in turn has a multiplier effect on employee development. Recommendations include the need to provide resources for employee training and development, and the strategic aims and objectives of public enterprises should be aligned with the training and development programs.

In the 21st century, the trend of globalization of the world economy has been strengthened, and the development of science and technology has been changing with each passing day. The essence of comprehensive national competition is becoming the competition of human resources. Similarly, enterprises in order to compete in the fierce and healthy development, we must reduce costs and improve management efficiency, must have a set of their own talent management methods. Human resources are the most important resources in all resources, effectively play the important role of human resources in the core competitiveness, and formulate the countermeasures of human resource competition, which is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the new century to further improve the management of human resources in state-owned enterprises, improve China's enterprise human resources management system is to enliven the state-owned enterprises, improve our comprehensive national strength of the top priority, to promote China's economic development is of great significance.
This research aims to identify the development of research theme trends that were carried out from 1999 to 2024. Thus, the study’s results can provide recommendations regarding research themes that can be developed to meet theoretical and practical needs. Researchers use bibliometric analysis to obtain the appropriate analysis. This analysis method can be developed to support the dynamic development of public health science with settings and researchers from developing countries, both through quantitative and qualitative interpretation. The analysis results show that over 25 years, public health science, from the perspective of researchers and developing countries, has experienced dynamic development. This change was driven by the emergence of various issues in society itself. For example, the 1999–2009 shows that lifestyle changes have resulted in multiple diseases. In the following period, the concept of sustainability emerged, which encouraged awareness of sustainable development and resource scarcity that would affect public health quality. As for the 2020–2024 period, the emergence of Covid 19 changed the previous research paradigm.
