Based on the analysis of phenomenology and etymology, we argue that as three different components of Chinese philosophy, Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism focus on human beings’ transcendence of behavior, body, and mind, which is made concrete as Ming (name of reputation), Qi (physical body), and Dao(way)-De(virtue), respectively. Chinese philosophy has its own system, but it is still a philosophical component in ontology, and its constituent elements are identified as “affirmative universal” by Euler’s Identity Diagrams in contrast both to existences in Heidegger’s triad Seinede-Dasein-Sein ontology, i.e., Being-Beings-To be, and to Freud’s triple self-Ego, Id (body-ego), and Superego. Taoism shapes the physical id with the “Type 1” natural Dao(way) personality”,Buddhism shapes the bodhisattva”Type-1” selfless De(virtue) personality and Confucianism pursues the mediocre”Type 0” social Dao-de(morality)personality”. Therefore, when q equals p, the ideal personality shaped by Chinese philosophy is the perfect combination of the three, displaying its “affirmative particular” unity in elemental composition and the ideal realm of Chinese philosophy follows the Euler’s Identify. Individuals who believe in the tenets of Chinese philosophy should have the personality of triadic mixtures. Nevertheless, one may become an extremely selfish hypocrites wearing social masks while one’s morality value reaches 1.
Over the last few decades, demographic growth combined with poorly controlled urbanization has confronted African cities with a variety of environmental protection challenges. As part of a gradual awareness-raising process, African countries have ratified conventions and adopted a series of laws to protect the environment. Since independence (1960), Gabon has adopted legal instruments to provide a better framework for environmental protection. Despite the existence of well-developed legislation, the Libreville conurbation faces difficulties in waste management. This situation contributes to the degradation of the coastal zone. This study aims to analyse stakeholders’ perceptions of environmental protection regulations in solid waste management practices along the coastline of the Libreville metropolitan area in Gabon. The methodology includes documentary research, field observations, and surveys of 300 study area participants. The results show that the degradation of the coastline is due to a lack of awareness and compliance with the laws governing environmental protection and waste management. As a result, waste disposal practices such as dumping in nature, waterways, illegal dumps, and gutters are commonplace among the population. To achieve sustainable coastal zone management, it is essential to apply regulatory texts and involve stakeholders in improving planning and the quality of the coastal environment.
This research intends to find out the compliance acts based on the manufacturing industry of Bangladesh and lead to the development of the integrated theory of compliance model. There are several compliance regulations, that are separately dealt with in any manufacturing organization. These compliance regulations are handled at various ends of the organization making the process quite scattered, time-consuming, and tedious. To fix this problem, the integration of organizational compliance regulations is brought under one platform. Researchers have applied the qualitative approach with multiple case studies methodology scrutinizing the in-depth interviews and transcripts. Furthermore, the NVIVO tool has been used to analyze, where the necessary themes of the Organizational Compliance Regulations are found. Therefore, we have proposed a conceptual framework to inaugurate a standalone combined framework, which is an innovative and novel measure.

This paper mainly discusses the application and impact of AI tools in vocational college students' career planning and employment preparation in Chinese Mainland. Through a review and analysis of relevant literature, this article found that artificial intelligence tools can provide students with more information and assistance, thereby improving their career cognition and employment competitiveness. However, if artificial intelligence tools are not open to Chinese users or students overly rely on these tools, it may also bring some negative effects, such as job anxiety and decreased self-awareness. Therefore, the government and teaching departments should strengthen the education of career planning and employment preparation, improve the artificial intelligence system, establish personalized service mode and other measures to provide more comprehensive and personalized career recommendation and employment services for higher vocational students in Chinese Mainland.
