Aiming at the current problems of poor dynamic reconstruction of UAV aerial remote sensing images and low image clarity, the dynamic reconstruction method of UAV aerial remote sensing images based on compression perception is proposed. Construct a quality reduction model for UAV aerial remote sensing images, obtain image feature information, and further noise reduction preprocessing of UAV aerial remote sensing images to better improve the resolution, spectral and multi-temporal trends of UAV aerial remote sensing images, and effectively solve the problems of resource waste such as large amount of sampled data, long sampling time and large amount of data transmission and storage. Maximize the UAV aerial remote sensing images sampling rate, reduce the complexity of dynamic reconstruction of UAV aerial remote sensing images, and effectively obtain the research requirements of high-quality image reconstruction. The experimental results show that the proposed dynamic reconstruction method of UAV aerial remote sensing images based on compressed sensing is correct and effective, which is better than the current mainstream methods.
Based on Landsat–7ETM + images of 2007 and 2012 and Landsat–8 images of 2018, this study took Fuyang City, Anhui Province (Yingzhou District, Yingdong District, Yingquan District) as the research object, and made a quantitative analysis of land use/cover change in Fuyang City from 2007 to 2018 with the Environment for Visualizing Images (ENVI) software. According to the data of land use types in three phases, the article analyzes the development trend of various land use types and the main reasons for the changes of land use, which provides a certain basis for the urban planning and environmental construction of Fuyang City. The results show that with the rapid economic development and continuous improvement of the urbanization level in Fuyang City during 11 years, the area of various land types in the study area has changed greatly. The area of construction land area changed by 448.27 km2, with an increase of 543.57%; the area of arable land changed by 597.52 km2, with a decrease of 34.74%; the area of bare land changed by 26.00 km2, with a decrease of 80.68%. The changes were closely related to the rapid economic and social development in the study area. Under the influence of environmental protection policies and environmental awareness, the area of forest land changed by 85.00 km2, with an increase of 97.58%; the water area changed by 84.35 km2, with an increase of 201.39%.
Management education in health service industry is essential to enhance systems performance and should offer a broad curriculum that contain the context of practice, research awareness and skills of critical appraisal, a grounding in a range of disciplines and a reflective approach towards general management skill. With the improvement of living standard and significant growth of aging population, there is an obvious gap between health service coverage and the demand in China, especially the shortage of workforce with professional health service management knowledge. Organisational culture stands as a fundamental prerequisite for the efficacious operation of any given organisation. The primary aim of this study is to discern potential alterations within the dimensions of organisational culture across the pre-COVID-19, contemporary, and favoured paradigms within the realm of public administration. The data set was obtained from a cohort of 1189 officials in the Czech Republic. The Organisational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) was deployed for the purposes of conducting an online survey. The dominance of the clan archetype across all examined time frames has been corroborated. In addition, a statistically significant manifestation of these dimensions has been determined. In relation to pertinent variables, specifically gender, age, tenure, manager gender, and the dimensions typifying organisational culture, no statistically significant correlations have emerged. Respondents have not reported a sense of work-life imbalance in the aftermath of the pandemic. In summary, it is deduced that the pandemic has not exerted a drastic influence on the metamorphosis of organisational culture within the ambit of public administration. This study provides invaluable information on the repercussions of the pandemic within a sphere that, as an intangible constituent, often goes under-recognised. Mastery of the positioning of dimensions across diverse archetypes is of paramount significance for managers, as it can provide guidance in the cultivation of an apt organisational culture.
The study’s purpose is to investigate the relationship effect of innovation on online organizational learning applications and employees’ engagement in the Jordanian public sector. Quantities and descriptive analytical approach were used, and the population was covered (10) Jordanian public departments in Amman capital. Convenience method was used, which covered all departments’ managers and assistances in the Jordanian public services department’s headquarters, with (284) employee. Electronic survey set used. The SPSS-V20 and AMOS-V24 were used for hypotheses statistical analysis testing. The study found a significant impact of online organizational learning applications in its dimensions (Zoom, Teams, Goto Meeting, and Google Meet) on employee’s engagement, and a significant relationship of innovation between online organizational learning applications and employee’s engagement in Jordanian public services departments. The study contributions show that employees are willing to engage with their occupied work to achieve work goals, and to control over of how they undertake the employees career development, empowerment, communication skills, and work completion competences. The study implications for organizations management to conduct more future studies concerning online organizational learning applications by other dimensions as well as social media and other digital workshop and training in different organizations environments.
