The mobile health market is expected to continue to grow that will make it harder for mobile application developer to compete. One of the most popular types of mobile health application is health and fitness applications. This application aims to modify user behavior; therefore, it requires user to use the system continuously in relatively longer period of time to effectively change user behavior. Thus, user satisfaction is essential and must be maintained to reach this goal. This study aims to define the mobile health application qualities that would influence user satisfaction level. Developer can priorities the most influential qualities when building their application. Quality dimensions would be explored by literature review and Google Play Store review and categorised using DeLone McLean IS Success Model. We identified 12 quality dimension that will furthered analysed using Kano Model. The data collecting was conducted with online form with 12 pairs of Kano two-dimensional questionnaires (n = 115). The results show that the important qualities of mobile health application are Privacy, Availability, Reliability, Ease of Use, Accuracy and Responsiveness, lack of these qualities would cause dissatisfaction from user. The developer might also consider to improve user interface and usefulness of the application to increase user satisfaction even though these qualities would not cause much of dissatisfaction
Concession agreements (CAs) in the port sector are designed to establish mutually beneficial arrangements for involved parties. They serve as catalysts, enabling ports to attract adept private investors and secure requisite funding to enhance port infrastructure, superstructure, and service quality. Concurrently, the imperative to mitigate negative externalities and promote sustainable practices in port organization and development remains paramount. In this context, the paper explores the nuanced landscape of CAs, specifically focusing on the urgent need for an innovative framework that integrates sustainability within port organization, operations and development. Drawing from existing academic discourse and field evidence, it systematically identifies, examines, and analyzes fundamental requirements and key factors that should be considered in CAs, in line with sustainable development and proposes a reference framework for an ideal Concession Agreement model. Despite evident strengthening of sustainability implications in port concessions, significant room for improvement persists. Nevertheless, dynamics in the field create a certain optimism for the future.
This study addresses the present limited understanding of the complex relationship between ethical leadership, job stress, and employee job performance in the hotel business. This study shows that job stress moderates the association between ethical leadership and employee job performance, underlining the necessity for more research in the industry. The present study fills a crucial research void in our understanding of the complex interaction between these factors. The study utilizes a sample of 292 employees in the accommodation and hotel industry. Prior to commencing data collection, the questionnaire underwent thorough validation and reliability testing to ensure that the instrument met all specified criteria and demonstrated robustness. Using hierarchical regression analysis, the study reveals substantial findings. It has been discovered that ethical leadership has a direct and positive effect on employee job performance. Notably, job stress emerges as a significant moderating variable that affects the relationship between ethical leadership and employee job performance. This highlights the crucial role that job stress plays in determining outcomes. The research indicates that reducing workplace stress and fostering ethical leadership can result in improved employee job performance. In addition, the study highlights the importance of social learning theory in enhancing employee job performance, with job stress and ethical leadership serving as significant moderating factors.
Currently, the rapid development of information technology has brought lots of opportunities for improving the efficiency of national governance activities and the implementation of justice in the world. The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the continuous development of digital technology have been profoundly changing the operation of the courts and providing opportunities for nations to transform from the traditional court model to the electronic court one. Building an e-court has become a global trend in order to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and overcome court delays in resolving disputes. In that context, Vietnam has also advocated promoting the application of information technology, making the most of opportunities that are brought by the technological revolution so as to build e-courts, one of the important tasks of the Judicial Reform Strategy. From 2019 up to now, Vietnam has made efforts to strengthen judicial reform and build e-courts, however, the results are still quite modest. By qualitative research method, this article examines the achievements Vietnam has achieved as well as the limitations when the court system transforms to the e-court model, thereby making some recommendations to successfully build an e-court in Vietnam in order to meet the requirements of judicial reform.

The relevance and need to pay significant attention to the marketing digital business model when organizing a business is substantiated. Using structural and logical analysis and criticism of scientific research, the essence, advantages and disadvantages are determined, the main blocks, stages and key elements of the structure of business models of modern companies are argued. It has been proven that marketing digital business models serve as a logical and visual plan for organizing all business processes of companies from production, marketing, sales and logistics to building a hierarchy of profitability. The key development trends are substantiated and the most popular business models of business organization in modern conditions are structured on the basis of scientific generalization, structural and logical analysis and mathematical modeling. Practical significance is characterized by the fact that the marketing business models of world-class companies are generalized and structured, taking into account their specifics and characteristics. Practical recommendations and key stages of building a company’s business model and its implementation into reality have been formed to achieve strategic business goals.
Social Services are vital for addressing adversity and safeguarding vulnerable individuals, presenting professionals with complex challenges that demand resilience, recovery, and continual learning. This study investigates Organizational Resilience within Community Social Services, focusing on strategic planning, adaptive capacity, and user perspectives. A cross-sectional study involved 534 professionals and service users from Community Social Services Centers in Spain. Centers were selected based on the characteristics of their population and the representativeness of their geographic location. The study utilized the Benchmark Resilience Tool (BRT) to evaluate Organizational Resilience and the SERVPERF questionnaire to gauge user-perceived service quality. The results demonstrate satisfactory levels of Organizational Resilience and user satisfaction, while also highlighting key areas for enhancing resilient strategies: reinforcement of personnel for thinking outside the box or in the resources available to the organization to face unexpected changes. These findings suggest the need to develop and optimize measures that improve the organization’s ability to adapt to and recover from adverse situations, ensuring a positive user experience. Emphasizing the importance of resilience in Social Services as a quality predictor, future research should explore innovative strategies to bolster Organizational Resilience. The findings emphasize the need to strengthen resilience in Social Services, enhancing practice, policy, and adaptability to support vulnerable populations.
