The current era of Industry 4.0, driven by advanced technologies, holds immense potential for revolutionising various industries and fostering substantial economic growth. However, comprehending intricate processes of policy change poses difficulties, impeding necessary adaptations. Public apprehensions are growing about the inertia and efficacy of policy changes, given the influential role of policy environments in shaping development amidst resource constraints. To address these concerns, the study introduces the Kaleidoscope Model of policy change, serving as a roadmap for policymakers to enact effective changes. The study investigates the mediating impact of cultural change within the framework of the Kaleidoscope Model. The study delves into cultural influences by incorporating the Behavior Change Wheel (BCW) Theory. The methodology involves questionnaires survey, analysing using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings reveal that only the Policy Adoption and Policy Implementation components significantly affect the assessment of the effectiveness of the Construction 4.0 policy. Intriguingly, the final model demonstrates no discernible connection between the Kaleidoscope Model and the cultural influences. This study makes a noteworthy contribution to the realm of political science by furnishing a comprehensive framework and directives for the successful implementation of the Construction 4.0 policy.
The education of Chinese language and culture in the teaching of college Chinese can achieve the goal of cultural education and allow students to improve their thinking in the context of cultural learning. Chinese language and culture education in colleges and universities provides new requirements and new goals for college personnel training. In the whole teaching process, it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ values and help students establish a correct humanistic spirit. This paper analyzes the value of Chinese language and culture education in colleges and universities, and discusses the teaching reform of “college Chinese” course “based on Chinese language and culture”.
The successful execution of large-scale infrastructure projects is essential for economic growth and societal development, but these projects are too often beset with financial risks. The main financial risks related to infrastructure projects, including cost overrun, funding uncertainty, currency fluctuation, and regulatory change are examined in this research. The study identifies and assesses the magnitude and frequency of these risks by combining surveys and analysis of financial reports. The findings show that current risk management strategies, including hedging, contingency funds, and public-private partnerships, are often unsuitable to respond to the specific needs of financial uncertainties. The research suggests the need for an all-encompassing financial risk management framework that relies on real-time data analysis and a cocktail of risk assessment tools. Additionally, the development of strategic tailored approaches to address financial risk recovery depends on proactive stakeholder engagement. This research complements the existing literature on risk management in infrastructure projects by highlighting the financial dimensions of risk management and suggesting future research on advanced financial tools and technologies. Ultimately, large-scale infrastructure project sustainability and success contribute to economic stability and societal well-being can only be achieved through effective financial risk management.
With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the reform of talent training mode for business administration has become the most concerned and valued issue in the current teaching work in colleges and universities. From the current situation of undergraduate education curriculum system construction in vocational colleges, the traditional teaching methods of higher English still occupy the majority. The all English bilingual course for the undergraduate major of business administration takes the basic knowledge of language and the theory of natural science as the core content. Therefore, this paper will focus on how to build a perfect talent training mode for business administration majors that meets the actual needs and employment direction of students, and put forward specific teaching strategies in order to provide more application-oriented and professional development platforms for business administration students.
In a territorial development model such as that of Valencia (Spain), in which limitations, resistance and difficulties are observed as a result of the dualization that it has undergone in these almost 40 years of operation, we ask whether these obstacles have had an effect on the evolution of employment. This is understood as the basic indicator, the primary aim of any action undertaken for development of the territory. To this end, we set out from the methodological articulation of various techniques (survey by means of a pre-coded questionnaire, application of the READI® methodology) based on the primary information collected from the AEDL (Employment and Local Development Agents) technical staff of Valencia province, which showed us their perception of the dualization to which the model is subjected and the difficulties that this generates when carrying out their professional activity. Statistical and documentary sources were also analyzed. With all this, the evolution of employment in these territories over the last five years was studied in order to validate, or not, the initial hypothesis: Whether this reality of the model (duality) responds to short-term or structural parameters.
Ecological beauty not only means the beauty of nature, but also refers to the balance between living things on earth. Ecological aesthetic education takes the holistic ecological view as the philosophical basis, advocating appreciating nature and caring about life with an aesthetic attitude, realizing the coexistence of man and nature, and promoting the harmonious development of man and society. In view of this, the current school ecological aesthetic education should deepen the integration of large and small ecological aesthetic education discipline system construction, improve the comprehensive quality of ecological aesthetic education teachers, combine social aesthetic education to enrich ecological aesthetic education extracurricular practice, and train new people for the construction of Chinese modern ecological civilization.
