Consumer satisfaction can be defined as the user’s response to a service or experience compared to the user’s expectations and perceived practical benefits. After reviewing consumer satisfaction models, it can be argued that there is no single model of consumer satisfaction assessment that is suitable for every service and every region of the world, as the causes and outcomes of satisfaction often vary. The research is original in its methodology: at the beginning, a theoretical research model is presented, then hypotheses are formulated, and correlation, factorial, regression analyses were made, which results confirmed hypotheses. The crop insurance system consists of relations between the state institution regulates insurance activities, farmers, insurers and insurance intermediaries. The aim of this article is to identify the factors that determine consumer satisfaction with crop insurance and to assess their impact. The empirical study found that consumer satisfaction is determined by the factors of recognizable value, functional (process) and technical (result) quality, consumer expectations, and image. The most important factors that determine consumer satisfaction of crop insurance are recognizable value, functional quality, and consumer expectations. Consumer satisfaction can be assessed by the cost paid and the quality received, the quality expected, and the consumers’ evaluation of the services. It was found that the socio-demographic elements of consumers do not have a decisive influence on the factors that determine service satisfaction and consumer satisfaction. It is also established that socio-demographic elements of consumers (farmer experience and insurance experience) have direct statistically significant but weak links with consumer satisfaction.
The trilateral defense and security pact between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States has strong impact to the security dynamics in the Indo-Pacific area. This agreement entails a strengthened alliance between Australia and enhanced military collaboration with the United States and the United Kingdom resulting in regional volatility. This paper aims to examine the AUKUS (Australia–United Kingdom–United States Partnership) agreement and the resulting ensuing instability in the Indo-Pacific region, specifically from Indonesia’s perspective. The focus of the research is on the interplay between Indonesia’s diplomacy capability and the military functions of the Indonesian Navy as security policy. This study employs a qualitative approach to delve into in-depth insights into the evolution of AUKUS in the Indo-Pacific region, which triggered a series of responses from many countries subsequent to the announcement of the establishment of the AUKUS Defense Pact. The AUKUS establishment simply reinforces the notion that geopolitical tensions are pulling the area apart. The influence of the AUKUS-China war can jeopardize regional stability since the US and China continuously demonstrate the supremacy of their armaments in order to dissuade one another. The AUKUS-China contest has had a highly adverse impact on Indonesia. This article argues that the Indonesian Navy’s diplomatic prowess is crucial because it has the potential to play a big influence in the Indo-Pacific region’s international political dynamics concerning the South China Sea. Furthermore, the Indonesian Navy must proactively prepare for potential armed conflicts in Indonesian territorial seas by developing a comprehensive maritime policy during times of peace, leveraging its geographical advantages.
Vietnam has experienced an impressive period of economic growth since implementing an export-oriented economic policy. Vietnam’s international economic integration is deepening, and the output of the export sector has been continuously improved with a double-digit growth rate in recent years, especially in Ho Chi Minh City. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to study the impact of trade liberalization on export intensity of Vietnamese exporters as well as the moderating role of the location. In this study, data was collected from 80 exporters listing in Vietnam stock markets from 2007 to 2022. Further, regression test was carried out by applying GMM model. The results show that trade liberalization outcomes have a positive impact on export intensity. We, however, do not find enough evidence of the moderating effect of the location factor. These findings support Resource-based View theory, and trade liberalization policy. The findings imply that Vietnam government should continue to implement trade liberalization policy to support export sector growth.
In the process of teaching and learning at any stage, the important role of interest guidance cannot be ignored. Especially in college mathematics teaching, mathematical knowledge is very complex and abstract, and most students are unable to effectively understand and master it during the learning process. So it is even more important to fully stimulate students' interest in learning. This article analyzes the significance and current situation of stimulating students' learning interest in university mathematics teaching, and conducts effective strategy analysis. In order to effectively awaken students' desire for knowledge, guide students to change from passive learning to active learning, so that students can continue to grow and progress in this process.
