To address the problem that the imaging inversion method based on a single model in integrated aperture imaging is difficult to effectively correct model errors and perform accurate image reconstruction, a dual-model (DM)-based integrated aperture imaging inversion method is proposed for correcting the parametric errors of the inversion model and performing highly accurate millimeter-wave image reconstruction of the target scene. In view of the different parameter sensitivities of the Fourier transform (MFFT) model and the G-matrix (GM) model, the proposed DM method first corrects the imaging parameters with errors accurately by comparing the reconstruction errors of the two models; then recon-structs a high-precision target image based on the accurate GM model with the help of an improved regularization method. It is proved by simulation experiments that the proposed DM method can effectively correct the parameter errors of the imaging model and reconstruct the target scene with high accuracy in millimeter wave images compared with the traditional single-model imaging method.
Digital humanists play a crucial role in the modern international business world by combining the principles of regular employees with the advancements of digital technologies to address a variety of challenges and opportunities. They are specific labour forces that are driving digital transformation and innovation in the modern international business world. This article presents some key impacts the digital humanists have on global business practices and strategies particularly in the area of international business. Over the last two decades, governance for global health has garnered more attention from policymakers, decision-makers, and scholars from several disciplines. The health sector has also become more dynamic and complicated as a result of several factors that have influenced organizational development. The issue of sustainability is clearly raised with specific emphasis and urgency in the context of the global healthcare system. Some countries have been altering their healthcare systems to improve healthcare performance. University hospitals as the main providers of high-quality healthcare services in China, have an irreplaceable role in promoting the construction of healthy China. This study strategic triangle as an analytical framework to identify the key factors that influence university hospital in China and better comprehend how public value is conceptualized and implemented in practice. The study was conducted by qualitative method, five university hospitals designated as “Grade A tertiary hospitals” and semi-structed interviews were carried out with 33 participants, including experts, university hospital leadership level, and basic level. The study revealed that there are eight (8) major factors influencing the development of university hospitals in China. University hospital administrators must be prepared to assess and respond to factors that enhance or hinder implementation continuously and methodically. These insights can be used to improve early preparedness, but additional study in this area is required to better understand the driving factors, action models, and techniques for achieving sustainable development in university hospitals.
As Bangladesh faces its current energy crisis, public-private partnerships (PPPs) emerge as a promising solution, bridging the strengths of both sectors toward a brighter, more electrified future. This research focuses on the challenges in Bangladesh’s power sector: increasing electricity demand and the imperative for a consistent supply of renewable energy sources. The research employs content analysis, exploring various aspects, including policy documents, regulatory frameworks, stakeholder engagements, and resource assessments, with a specific focus on three key variables: regulatory framework, stakeholder engagement, and informed policymaking. Drawing on the ‘resource-based view’ theory, the study emphasizes the significance of ‘mitigating resource risks’ through ‘resource assessment.’ Empirical support is derived from an extensive review of literature in reputable journals and research articles, enhancing the research’s credibility with real-world evidence. The study provides a practical roadmap for stakeholders navigating Bangladesh’s power sector, addressing energy challenges, and promoting sustainability.
This research endeavors to assess the legal requirements for the operation of mediation and conciliation centers in the UAE based on Federal Law No. 17 of 2016 and its amendment in 2021 No. 5. It is structured into three main sections: the first establishes and defines these centers, the second defines conciliation procedures and the third considers the preceding. The aim is to identify the legal procedures associated with mediation and conciliation centers within the UAE judicial systems and their function in providing solutions for civil and business litigations with the most efficiency and minor financial investments. It also calls for using other forms of conflict adjudication before adopting the legal approach. The conclusions and recommendations indicate the necessity of further improving the Mediation and Conciliation Centers Law due to the necessity of legislative shifts, which would contribute to the UAE’s leading position in legislation related to centers for mediation and conciliation.
