Positive Research on Constructing Feedback Mechanism of the Graduate Quality

To rejuvenate the country through science and education, the university is an important position of China's personnel training system and a base for the production of human resources in our country. The higher education in the popularization stage has made a profound change in the employment mode of graduates, which makes the discipline structure and personnel training mode of colleges and universities adapt to the requirements of the market and society. Based on the employment situation of colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the significance, dilemma and suggestions of constructing a feedback mechanism for the quality of graduates, so as to help colleges and universities cultivate more high-quality talents.

Optimal model for selection of material with low emission of indoor air pollutants

When the amount of data to be reviewed is large and the properties of the material are complex, it is difficult to make a rational decision in selecting the optimal material. Therefore, in this study, we tried to develop an optimization model that comprehensively considers user requirements, performance and economic feasibility of materials for selecting materials with low emission of indoor air pollutants. To this end, a database was constructed considering the economic feasibility by applying the concept of LCC (Life Cycle Cost) and presenting price range options that can be selected by the user. A genetic algorithm was used to construct a model to derive a material plan that could achieve the target score while satisfying economic feasibility and user requirements. As a result of model verification and verification cases, materials were selected only within the range according to the price range option and user selection criteria for each space and part. The efficiency and effectiveness of this model were confirmed. In this study, reliable results can be presented by presenting a model that can automatically select an algorithm for the optimal preferred material selection problem that is difficult for humans to solve cognitively with database construction and user selection information. Since it can be used in other fields, scalability and usability of this model are expected. In addition, it helps user to reduce the time of the material selection process and the price of materials is also considered, so that it is expected to help improve the economic feasibility of overall construction.

Construction and Thinking of Virtual Simulation Laboratory under the Background of New Liberal Arts—Taking Science Education as an Example

The comprehensiveness, practicality, and intersection of science education major determine the necessity of constructing professional laboratories. This article explores the necessity of constructing a virtual simulation laboratory for science education in the context of the "new humanities", which meets the goals of cultivating new talents, the basic requirements of the new humanities construction, and the high-quality development requirements of higher education. In this context, considerations and prospects have been put forward for the construction of virtual laboratories, building virtual simulation laboratories that are in line with the new liberal arts background, modernization, and subject characteristics.

The Current Situation and Model of Guangdong Province’s Targeted Students Supporting Rural Physical Education Research on Sustainable Development

Using literature review, interview, and field observation methods, this study conducted an in-depth study on the current situation, model, and sustainable development of targeted student support for rural physical education in Guangdong Province. The results indicate that targeted students have formed various effective support models for rural physical education. However, there are also some problems, such as insufficient funding support, unsmooth management mechanisms, and imperfect evaluation mechanisms. In response to this, suggestions have been put forward to strengthen policy guidance, improve funding guarantee mechanisms, strengthen cooperation with universities, and establish scientific evaluation mechanisms to promote targeted student support for the sustainable development of rural physical education.

Accelerating First-Order Algorithms for High-Dimensional Minimax Optimization

This study introduces two first-order algorithms for high-dimensional minimax optimization: Accelerated Momentum Descent Ascent (AMDA) and Accelerated Variance-Reduced Gradient Descent Ascent (AVRGDA). These methods aim to address common challenges in nonconvex optimization, such as slow convergence and computational complexity. AMDA leverages momentum-driven techniques to smooth the optimization path, reducing oscillations and improving convergence speed, particularly in nonconvex-strongly-concave problems. AVRGDA incorporates adaptive learning rates that dynamically adjust according to gradient norms, enhancing the efficiency of variance reduction and handling complex optimization tasks in high-dimensional spaces. Through experiments in adversarial training and large-scale logistic regression, these methods demonstrate superior performance in terms of training time, robustness, and computational cost compared to traditional first-order methods. Theoretical analysis shows that AMDA and AVRGDA achieve convergence rates of O(ϵ−3)and O(ϵ−2.5) respectively in high-dimensional, nonconvex minimax problems, confirming their efficiency and robustness in practical applications.
