Sustainable hybrid education is an educational approach that combines multiple kinds of instruction. Online education and traditional face-to-face education will be implemented in tandem to propel the educational process towards contemporary approaches, with the aim of achieving high-quality outcomes and staying abreast of scientific and technical advancements. The objective of this study is to determine the correlation between hybrid education, which is a sustainable model, and the academic performance of graduate students in select Egyptian universities, based on international quality criteria. The study employed a descriptive analytical methodology, and data was collected using a meticulously designed computerized questionnaire, whose validity and reliability were verified using proper statistical techniques. The study sample comprised 2235 postgraduate students enrolled in Egyptian universities, specifically Cairo, Helwan, and Ain Shams. The study’s findings determined that the extent of hybrid education and the efficacy of the procedure. The sample members possess a high level of education, and hybrid education has a significant positive influence on the quality of the educational process. Hybrid education mostly impacts the academic components, and there are variations among universities in implementing hybrid education, with Ain Shams University being particularly favorable towards it. The study proposed enhancing the university’s human resources for students, faculty, and staff, as well as assuring the availability of diverse gadgets and resources utilized in the hybrid education setting.
The study’s objective is to identify the challenges and limitations faced by the current vocational education system in preparing graduates in the era of the industrial revolution in the evolving job market in Tangerang, Indonesia. The study primarily examines vocational high schools and adopts a quantitative and quasi-experimental research approach, using control groups to conduct pre- and posttests. The experimental group experiences demonstrations, whereas the control group receives explanations. Instructors employ a blend of demonstration and explanation techniques to explain equipment operation before allowing students to engage in vocational training. The study, led by students in various engineering fields, evaluates technical competencies, work ethics, and foundational knowledge using tests and observations. Job preparation is assessed using the minimal completeness criteria (MCC), which focuses on the importance of proper knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The results indicate that vocational teachers have the potential to play a pivotal role in introducing cutting-edge, technology-based teaching methods, therefore enabling students to make well-informed decisions about their careers. This research enhances vocational education by incorporating practical skills and attitudes with academic knowledge, effectively addressing the changing requirements of the work market.

In ideological and political education in universities, influenced by traditional educational models and other factors, the quality of education is uneven, and the learning effectiveness of students needs to be improved. Therefore, integrating network technology and innovating teaching methods in ideological and political education in universities is very important. Conducting online ideological and political education in universities can enhance students' interest in learning, while also helping them develop good moral qualities and providing assistance for their future development. This article focuses on the research goal of ideological and political education models in universities, exploring the importance and methods of integrating online ideological and political education in universities, hoping to provide some help for relevant universities.

Through in-depth exploration of Trinity education mode, data can be further updated in real time from many aspects such as students' training needs, personal development direction and teaching resources reorganization, which is conducive to the basis of college teacher team construction process and can also combine the current situation and core advantages of college teacher team development. It can also integrate the advantages of quality education and trinity education, and further provide new directions for the development of university teachers. Therefore, under the background of new era development, it is an effective way to improve the effectiveness of college teachers' team construction through Trinity education mode, and further realize the advantages of team construction and innovative development in the traditional team construction.
