This study, through the method of canonical correlation analysis, revealed significant correlations between various dimensions of learning attitudes of students and various dimensions of teacher knowledge. An analysis of data from a group of 221 high school students showed that teacher knowledge of teaching content, theoretical knowledge, and teaching practice and classroom management significantly impact learning attitudes of students. Specifically, teacher knowledge of teaching content plays a crucial role in promoting students' behavioral inclination to learn chemistry, teachers' theoretical knowledge significantly enhances students' liking for chemistry laboratory courses, while teachers' teaching practice and classroom management have a suppressive effect on students' evaluative beliefs about school chemistry. The results of this study provide effective guidance for both the theory and practice of high school chemistry education.

The aim of this study was to assess the challenges of rural landholding rights of women in Boloso sore Woreda. The population that used as source of data were sample womenfrom four kebeles,Kebele land administration committee members,Woreda women,youth and children office head,Woreda women’s association president,Woreda agriculture office head and Woreda agriculture office rural land administration desk experts.four kebeles from 28 rural kebeles selected by using systematic random sampling. Data gathered using questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS where descriptive and inferential were used for the purpose. Secondary data were collected from different relevant literatures such as reports, research results documents and publications. As to the findings,women landholding trend in the study area was highly contrasts legally ensured equal holding and using rights of women with men.The community including women themselves perceive women independent landholding as taboo and prohibits it.Even if they hold by different means,the plot of land they got or held was small in size and not conducive for agriculture and house construction. The awareness of women on rural land registration and certification benefit was also poor. Thus,rural women should be initiated to organize and struggle for their equal landholding and administering rights.

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, academic research has primarily focused on the challenges posed by flexible working arrangements. However, there has been a lack of exploration into managers’ intentions to either promote or reject remote work. This paper utilizes a TAM analysis to examine managers’ attitudes and motivations towards implementing telework in a sample of European companies. Our findings reveal that this intention is largely influenced by their perception of its usefulness. Additionally, telework is more likely to be accepted when managerial teams believe that those who hold significance to them also support the implementation of flexible work practices in their companies. Our research contributes to the existing literature by considering the impact of job performance, quality of output, and digital skills on telework adoption. The results confirm that skills related to communication and team building are crucial competencies for successfully implementing telework. The ability of leaders to effectively build, motivate, recognize, and hold accountable teams in virtual environments can make all the difference.

Homosexuality, as a sexual orientation, encompasses individuals who experience love and sexual desire exclusively towards individuals of the same sex. Those who identify with this sexual orientation are referred to as homosexuals. Recognizing that various sexual orientations are equally valid, it is important to understand that homosexuality is a complex phenomenon. This paper aims to shed light on the current state of homosexuality in China. It holds universal significance not only for promoting cultural diversity, protecting human rights, strengthening the legal framework, and advancing society, but also for the well-being and livelihood of this vulnerable group.
