Tourism is one of the important sectors that support Indonesia’s economic growth. The tourism sector itself plays a strategic role in increasing the country’s foreign exchange. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, tourism became one of the most affected sectors. Electronic visa on arrival (e-VOA) is a form of digital transformation in immigration services offered by the Indonesian government to increase the number of tourist arrivals during the recovery of the national economy, especially in the tourism sector, after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study provides an in-depth insight into how e-VOA functions as a digital transformation tool in the immigration and tourism sectors. By exploring the impact of e-VOA implementation, this article contributes to the understanding of how digitalisation can improve the efficiency of administrative processes and support the recovery of the tourism sector in post-pandemic Bali. This study uses qualitative approaches and methods with descriptive analysis techniques to create an objective description of a situation through numbers or statistical data. The results of this study show that e-VOA services effectively contribute to an increase in the number of foreign tourists in Bali. It also has a positive impact on the economic growth of tourism-related businesses in Bali.

Using regional data covering the years 2010 to 2022, the research undertaken in this paper explores the dynamics of the Indonesian economy by empirically assessing the consequences of structural change on industrial Policy. In order to establish a comprehensive model that clarifies the mechanisms through which industrial policies and structural shifts impact the development of dynamic capabilities, ultimately influencing competitiveness strategies, this research draws on a large amount of empirical data and integrates insights from seminal works. Our research adds to our knowledge of strategic management in regional industries by providing detailed information on how economic development and policy interventions influence businesses’ ability to adapt and gain a competitive edge. In addition to advancing scholarly discourse, this study offers business executives and politicians valuable insights for managing the intricacies of global economic processes.
Village Finance System (SISKEUDES) is a village financial reporting application policy. The application of the SISKEUDES is as a form of accountability to be accessible and known by the community. However, communication problems, resources, knowledge and limited internet networks in many regions still cause problems in reporting process. The research used a qualitative descriptive method by conducting in-depth interviews and document analysis of Mamala Negeri SISKEUDES. The policy implementation model according to George Edward III was used as an analysis tool. This research was designed to be carried out for 5 (five) months to explore various data from various information regarding this research problem. The research findings are that the provision of facilities and infrastructure for Mamala Negeri supporting human resources is still limited, making it difficult to apply the SISKEUDES 2.0 application. Besides, the village also needs more systematic transaction planning, which allows each transaction to be recorded completely both planning and realization.
Forest transition is a trend change process from decreasing to increasing forest area in a country or region. Since the 1990s, ecological and environmental problems such as climate change and loss of biodiversity have received constant attention. The research theory and method of forest transformation has gradually become the frontier and hot topic pursued by international academic circle. With forest transformation as the theme, on the basis of introducing the origin of forest transformation research, along the development vein and internal logic of forest transformation research, this paper reviews the research progress of forest transition theory from the perspectives of Kuznets curve of forest environment and forest transition path, and summarizes the major issues in forest transformation research.
