Climate change is a pressing global challenge that requires immediate action. To address this issue effectively, it is essential to engage and empower the younger generation who will shape the future. This abstract presents the experience of Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities (MBZUH) in UAE in promoting climate action through youth empowerment and environmental education.MBZUH has recognized the significance of incorporating environmental education into its curriculum to foster a generation of environmentally conscious individuals. Through a multidimensional approach, the university has developed innovative strategies to empower students, enabling them to become active participants in addressing climate change. These strategies encompass both formal and informal education, leveraging various platforms and partnerships to create a comprehensive learning environment.This study delves into the initiatives undertaken by MBZUH to empower youth in climate action. It explores the incorporation of environmental education across disciplines, integrating sustainability principles into existing courses, and offering specialized programs focused on environmental science and climate studies. Additionally, it highlights the university's efforts in promoting hands-on learning experiences, such as field trips, research projects, and community engagement, to deepen students' understanding of climate issues and inspire practical action.Furthermore, the study examines the role of MBZUH's collaboration with local and international organizations, governmental bodies, and the wider community in fostering youth empowerment and climate action. It showcases successful partnerships that have resulted in impactful initiatives, including awareness campaigns, capacity-building workshops, and youth-led environmental projects.By sharing the experience of MBZUH, this study aims to provide valuable insights and best practices for promoting climate action through youth empowerment and environmental education. With the rapid development of internet technology, online education has become an important trend in the education industry. Especially under the influence of the global COVID-19 epidemic, online teaching has been widely applied and promoted. However, there are also some problems with online teaching, such as a lack of realism and low student engagement. Therefore, exploring the integration of online and offline teaching models has become a hot research topic in the field of education. This article will analyze the reform strategy of integrating online and offline teaching in university mathematics courses, aiming to explore how to improve the teaching effectiveness of university mathematics courses and promote students' learning interest and ability through the integration of online and offline teaching.

The COVID-19 pandemic has shifted education from traditional in-person classes to remote, online-dependent learning, often resulting in reduced learning effectiveness and satisfaction due to limited face-to-face interaction. To address these challenges, interactive teaching strategies, such as the flipped classroom approach, have gained attention. The flipped classroom model emphasizes individual preparation outside class and collaborative learning during class time, relying heavily on in-person interactions. To adapt this method to remote learning, the Remote Flipped Classroom (RFC) integrates the flipped classroom approach with online learning, allowing flexibility while maintaining interactive opportunities. RFC has incorporated short films as teaching tools, leveraging their ability to contextualize knowledge and cater to the preferences of visually-driven younger learners. However, research on the effectiveness of RFC with films remains limited, particularly in fields like nursing education, where practical engagement is crucial. This article shares the practical experience of applying RFC with films in a nursing education context. Positive feedback was observed, though many students still expressed a preference for in-person classes. These insights suggest that strategies like RFC with films could be valuable in maintaining engagement and learning efficiency in remote classrooms.

The psychological health issues of college students are related to their growth and development. Only by implementing psychological health education and maintaining the physical and mental health development of college students can the quality and effectiveness of education be systematically improved. This article briefly analyzes the current situation of psychological health of local normal university students based on their psychological characteristics, and proposes methods for implementing scientific psychological health education for college students in combination with existing problems. The aim is to improve the effectiveness of talent cultivation and contribute to the development of local education.

Vision statements are seen as important factors that come before the development of strategies. They excel at encapsulating the strategic direction of a company, clearly defining its scope, boundaries, and the process of creating value. Vision statements function as comprehensive frameworks that guide the development of several strategic elements, including mission, strategic capabilities, strategic intent, objectives, goals, core values, standards of behavior, and business models. However, research on this subject remains scanty, particularly within academia. Therefore, this study examined the impact of university vision on staff effectiveness, building on transformational leadership theory and strategic leadership theory. The study adopted a positivist research philosophy. The research employed a cross-sectional study design. This study employed a descriptive research design. Questionnaires were devised by the researcher to collect data from a randomly selected group of 186 academic personnel from the four colleges in a private university using stratified sampling. The data obtained was subject to validity checks using composite reliability, the average variance extracted (AVE) estimate, and the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. The findings reveal that the vision of the university had a significant but weak impact on the effectiveness of staff. Based on the findings and conclusions, the study suggests that the university’s organizational vision should be consistently improved and effectively conveyed to staff members to direct their efforts toward achieving the university’s vision.

Entering the era of knowledge economy, various academic researches are blossoming under the social environment of double creation, but looking at the disputes of intellectual property cases in recent years, most of them happen in the college students group, the reasons for this phenomenon can be summarized as the blurring of the intellectual property education program, the system is too traditional and conservative, and the teaching concept is thin and so on. In view of this phenomenon, the author proposes to cultivate the intellectual property education of university students in the mode of "three constructions", so as to stimulate the vigor of social innovation and provide theoretical support for the scientific and technological research of university students.
