The learning of English courses is not only a process for students to master language knowledge and skills, but also a process for improving students' comprehensive humanistic quality. The integration of moral education in English teaching can not only cultivate students' good study habits, improve the efficiency of English learning, but also help to cultivate students' excellent moral quality. Through the research on the organic integration strategy of primary school English teaching and moral education, this paper aims to provide an effective method for the effective integration of primary school English teaching and moral education, so as to promote the improvement of the level of primary school moral education and achieve the goal of building morality and cultivating people.

With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, educational activities have faced significant disruptions, leading to a widespread adoption of online teaching and a transformation in the evaluation of teaching quality. Using CiteSpace visualization software, the study examines 1485 papers from the Chinese database of China Knowledge Network and 1656 papers from the English database of Web of Science (WoS) spanning the period from January 2013 to June 2023 as research samples. The findings reveal heightened activity in China and other countries research on teaching quality evaluation, moreover, research in both contexts predominantly comprises independent studies, supplemented by collaborative efforts. Notably, there is an increased focus on the exploration of online teaching quality evaluation, specifically delving into methodologies and systems. The emphasis has shifted towards students’ learning initiatives and a comprehensive evaluation of teachers’ work before, during and after class. While research in other countries has also identified new hotspots related to online teaching, the number of studies is comparatively limited. The study proposes the imperative need to update the evaluation criteria for online teaching and enhance the infrastructure of online teaching platforms. Additionally, it advocates for reforms in the evaluation systems of educational institutions and innovations of teachers’ instructional methods.

Artificial intelligence has transformed teachers’ teaching models. This article explores the application of artificial intelligence in basic education in Macao middle schools. This study adopts case analysis in qualitative research, using a total of eight cases from the innovative technology education platform of the Macau education and Youth Development Bureau. These data illustrate how Macao’s artificial intelligence technology promotes teaching innovation in basic education. These eight cases are closely related to the application of artificial intelligence in basic education in Macao. The survey results show that Macao’s education policy has a positive effect on teaching innovation in artificial intelligence education. In teaching practice, the school also cooperates with the government’s policy. The application of AI technology in teaching, students’ learning styles, changes in teachers’ roles, and new needs for teacher training are all influential.

Idiomatic phrase are one of the lexical units.Many second-language learners showing great enthusiasm for using idiomatic expressions because of the rich cultural factors inherent in them and the vibrant,hilarious language that is close to life-like.However,  the idiomatic terms are so complicated that they frequently cause foreign learners to struggle with learning and comprehending Chinese.With its own advantages, the idea of lexical chunks has the potential to be a game changer in the teaching of idiomatic.

Since my country entered the era of Internet economy, the scale of the software industry is gradually expanding, and programming language, as an important tool and idea for software development, is a necessary skill for every development practitioner. Among them, C language, as the basic language of computer software programming, is also an important basic course for cultivating students’ computer application ability in science and engineering majors in colleges and universities. This paper mainly studies the teaching reform of C language programming courses and proposes corresponding optimization measures, so as to lay a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of students’ learning quality of C language courses and the continuous strengthening of programming ability.

Integrating curriculum ideological and political education into college English teaching is an inevitable trend, and it is of great significance in helping college students establish correct ideological concepts and improve their personality. However, due to the current lack of awareness among college students about the integration of ideological and political education into college English teaching, it is necessary for teachers to fully explore the ideological and political elements in college English, continuously optimize English teaching models, and promote the comprehensive development of college students. Based on this, this article conducts research and analysis on college students' awareness of integrating ideological and political education into college English teaching, in order to provide valuable reference opinions for educators and cultivate more and more outstanding talents for society.
